Rift Wizard 2 is a tough as nails traditional roguelike wizard simulator. You play as an immortal amnesiac wizard who must journey through the cosmos to defeat his nemesis. Each run, you'll build a unique repertoire of spells, passive skills, and magical artifacts.

Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Jul 21 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Silence is too frustrating.
Came for more balanced experience. But the developer thought that RW1 was not hardcore enough.
I had a hard time getting into the first game and its reliance on consumables. I prefer the structure of the sequel, where consumables are still important but not pivotal. This is an astoundingly difficult game. Similar to games like Path of Achra, the Rift Wizard series is about creating broken combos where you are effectively cheating. However, the enemies cheat too, and the two forms of cheating talk past each other. So you can have a build where you are clearing each map in a few turns, then miss some key detail about the next map and be silence locked or repeatedly teleported around until you die. It is a brilliant and captivating game, but it does get old how much analysis is needed vetting levels. After a while it starts feeling less like strategizing and more like auditing.

As a huge fan of traditional roguelikes, I have to say that this is one of the best I've ever played. The build customization is astoundingly open. At the same time, the game does a perfect job of allowing you freedom to build out how you want while also keeping you in check and pushing back against simple builds centered around only a single strategy. This game is very hard to learn, but it is so rewarding and fun to play.
Can't wait for RW3
Just an unbelievably good game. So well balanced, so simple yet so deep, the atomsphere is amazing and the UI and art style is great. True 10/10 game which I don't say often
Excellent tactical roguelike strategy that appears simple, but is amazingly complex.
.
It took 47 hours to get a single win, with only a handful of runs getting near the end before then. Lotta variety and planning per run, extremely fun loop and variety in the spells, skills, and items you can get in your runs.
