Bought this game for myself and my 2 boys (7 and 10). We - absolutely - love it. We load it up and keep trying over and over again. Each run is different because of the randomized upgrades you get along the way. Can't wait for this game to evolve with all the suggestions and plans the developers have ahead.
Meh. This is manual Vampire Survivors.
This game is; Interesting. I heard it's VERY similar to Vampire Survivors, but for people who don't know that one, here ya go; Multiplayer Lobby Pick Your Agent Start on Normal Difficulty and play a map you select Get a couple kills and start grabbing passives / Abilities Win cause it's not too hard, then unlock next difficulty. Upgrade your permanent passives and maybe buy your new gun or unlock new agent. Play next difficulty and try to unlock more stuff. That's the game loop. What made me play 8 hours was the idea of unlocking the new abilities. However, that's all it took. 8 hours of gameplay. I don't see any more reasons to play the game now. I wish the game had more content and a better UI experience for feeling like you earned something new and have to keep moving forward, but it really does just FEEL like a one and done game. Content is definitely lacking, but it's still a fun game. Make your goal trying to survive once on each difficulty. That'll give you some difficulty and playtime beyond unlocking achievements.

Highly Recommend. A great solo or multiplayer massacre experience, if you like being swarmed by enemies and slaughtering your way out grinding for perks and upgrades and unlocks, this game is for you.
its a good start. But I feel like this is a single developer's first attempt and still needs some polish. the weapons feel hollow as if there's no oomph behind the shots. Could have to do with maybe some better SFX for gunshots etc. They just don't 'feel' powerful. The movement controls in particular feel a bit clunky and detached without proper articulation. I don't care for the strange 'cool-down' between dodge/roll and even early enemies feel to spongy. I'm giving this a positive review, but really it's a maybe with some improvements. I really want to support indy devs.
Fun game. Reminds me a bit of Crimsonlands. Good game to pick up and play a round or two when you're bored.
The game needs to have its controls fixed. Movement speed is precious, but when you stop running because you roll or you use an abilitiy...you get ganked. The hit boxes need help...if I'm using a shotgun and something is able to hit me in melee, and I can't hit it with an AOE attack...it needs help. Something really good about this game though, once you kill the enemy you get the exp, you don't have to run and grab it, so I think that's a huge plus. However, the hit boxes and controls need help. If that got fixed, I'd change the recommendation.
Buggy and broken mess, could not even refund. Camera is bugged, ESC button is not working, etc - dont buy this asset flip.
If you enjoy twin stick shooters and fighting off endless waves of enemies, check this game out. There's objectives to head for while also surviving enemies that come non-stop. It's well designed and very fun.
Love this game! Solid progression, lots of unlockable abilities and passives, and a really fun game loop. Would recommend.
