Fear and isolation seep through the walls of an abandoned southern farmhouse. "7" marks a new beginning for survival horror with the “Isolated View” of the visceral new first-person perspective.

Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 14: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

85SP
one of the best re games ive ever played
I really think people look on this game with rose tinted glasses, don't get me wrong I understand this was a big deal when it came out, new engine, new direction, first person and did new things. But judging this on its own merit, this is a frustrating, undercooked experience that falls apart by the end that really should have had another year of development. When it comes to it story it really felt like capcom had a really good idea of having the baker family and their estate location, then gave up on everything else. It starts of really good, the creepy horror atmosphere is stellar, the game looks great and Capcom really pulls out all of its stops in the first couple hours. Its inventory system takes a little bit to get used to, but its perfectly fine and combat starts off great. Once you finally killed Jack and move on to the old house to battle Marguerite is where things get confusing, the game expects you to be a mind reader of what it wants as you wonder around until you happened to eventually get what you need. Its objective on the map is oftentimes so vague that its pointless that it doesn't help you and the map itself doesn't help you if you are unsure what you are supposed to be doing next. The times I had to look it up the answer was so random that feels like it had no consistency with what's going on. Also the Old House where you eventually fight Marguerite with the bugs, is just awful in game design. I get the idea of bugs scary and attacking you, but when i need to figure out where i am going and run through nests cuz i don't have the flame thrower yet and I'm going to and fro, i can't see what is even going on anymore. I guess whoever was in charge of that level through scary means being blind. Its combat balancing on normal is all over the place, sometimes your bullets will do decent damage to enemies ads you would expect, and other times bullets are a mere suggestion and unloading a entire pistol magazine or 4 shotgun blasts to the creature's head won't even stagger them. For me that doesn't make encounters scary it just makes it frustrating and knowing the game is going to screw me over for the sake of it. In previous games the idea is to stagger and run past to save on ammo even if the ammo it takes to stagger is random from like 1 - 5 shots, here some random mobs will die before ever being staggered. And its not like you can get past them as often times you be in very narrow hallways many many times. Despite this the actual game in the Baker's house was mostly fine. However, once you actually leave the Baker's estate the game nosedives in quality and it really felt like Capcom had no idea what they wanted to do after this point and will randomly throw you in a saltmine to play call of duty for a while or a poorly explained, context missing flashback of MIA on a ship out at sea. That section with mia was as combination of all of these negative things, not to mention taking away your inventory completely and directions as vague as "just figure out running around 3 entire floors to get the elevator working somehow idk", its done in a way that pretty obvious that it was done for padding to make you take the longest possible way to get things done as the whole point of this game's scary atmosphere being in the disgusting backwoods of the Baker's estate in Louisiana is completely gone. Once you get past that part the dream sequence with Ethan and Jack provided the missing piece of this story before the pacing goes at a breakneck pace as the game is rushing itself to finish this. Then in resident evil fashion because they can't resist ruining their own tone, skyscraper big monster final boss that morphs out of nowhere and somehow it was impossible for it to ever happen before in the way it was. Eveline boils down to lab experiment little girl who wants people to be in her family and that's it. wow amazing writing that took professionals years to come up with Most of the bosses in this game other than Jack were poorly programmed for this specific style of game or were just not play tested and will actively frustrate you. The previous issues with combat consistently also applies here, Marguerite will constantly blind you, the flame thrower is pointless here, despite recently getting it and its effective against bugs, and bullets are a slot machine as i said previously. Lucas is even worse with him attacking fast and moving pretty quick despite Ethan's slow movement. Phase 2of Lucas and the final boss are just shoot in the face and maybe you will win. no strategy, no precise aiming or anything giving the player a sense of out playing the boss. Sometimes you die cuz the game wants you to. I was checkout completely by the end as this doesn't feel like a completed game or a full contained story. Maybe village will be better
Yeah the game is pretty damn good if we're talking solely about the main story. If we bring the dozen of mid-at-best DLCs this game provides into the equation, the overall enjoyment plummets drastically, especially if you're a completionist such as myself. I will briefly talk both about the main game and then the DLCs below.
THE MAIN GAME
Starting with the main campaign, it's simply amazing on your first playthrough. It achieves it's goal of keeping you on edge and actually being a somewhat thrilling horror experience. It's story is interesting and most of the characters are likeable, especially Ethan. Gameplay itself is quite enjoyable as with every other RE game, heavily focusing on the inventory and resource management this time around. It's also a huge graphical upgrade from it's predecessors, which is always nice and helps the immersion. Another thing i really like is the main track of this game(Go Tell Aunt Rhody), they truly cooked with it. But unfortunately, there are also some negatives in this game that you will mainly notice after playing through the game more than once. First of many problems, you can't skip cutscenes, which may sound like a nitpick, but it's such a simple feature to implement and it would be a great addition, especially since the first 30 minutes of the game is pretty much just cutscenes and watching characters talk. Another thing that annoyed tf out of me is the constant slowing down segments, where you're forced to walk at 0.1 the normal speed while characters talk to you. It's completely unnecessary. That's pretty much all the issues i had with the main game, outside of small issues that have already been said a billion times before, like the boat part being boring, etc.
THE DLCs
The DLCs on the other hand were an absolute snoozefest for the most parts. With the season pass, you get 7 DLCs, which sounds nice, but majority of them are just dumb minigames that i dreaded playing, with the absolute WORST offenders being 21 and Ethan Must Die. Both of these, especially 21, are HEAVILY rng, and will make you question your own existence if you get really unlucky as i did. I was able to get through them quickly, because as i mentioned, i played this game before, but i can't imagine having to do them again. It was an absolute slog to get through these. The other DLCs aren't even worth mentioning, they're mostly just short story additions and they're okay at best. So to wrap this up, the game itself is great and i would definitely recommend it, but i wouldn't recommend the DLC's, unless you want to waste your time. Overall a great RE entry, 8/10.
