Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 47/day in the week to Sep 7 → 99.14/day in the week after.

Reviews
Can't recommend. These are my greatest issues with the game: 1. Movement is sluggish, and there is way too much backtracking and searching for key items. The problem is greatly worsened by the fact that several areas are only meant to be accessed during a parallel story with another protagonist, and the game won't tell you that! That leads to a lot of wasted time just making entirely sure that you didn't miss any areas or items belonging to the current story. The game feels like a giant puzzle, but it's a trivial one, and it's hard to even tell when you are done with it. I am baffled by this design. 2. Inventory management is annoying and can worsen the problem above, because space is very limited, and you can't even put down items to make room for more important ones. (Actually, you can do that with normal items, but they will be permanently destroyed!). You may have to put items into a shared storage, but there are only few places where you can do that. 3. Combat is not great. One problem is that ammo is very limited, but you also can't conserve it through melee combat, which only exists to let you push off enemies that latch onto you. Worse, you typically require a melee weapon for that, and it wears down very quickly. Normal enemies are bullet sponges that require at least 4 shots to the head, but sometimes many more when they refuse to stay dead! You easily wind up with no ammo just dealing with grunts, even if you are very accurate. I want to actually clear a room of enemies before exploring it due to the risk they pose to my health (especially when I will be backtracking through the room many times!), but apparently I can't always afford that, because there are only so many bullets, and more enemies may even enter a building through windows I can't yet barricade. There ought to be a prober fallback, but outside of running, there just isn't. Even if it's all for the sake of tension, I don't find this kind of combat design and balancing agreeable. In short, I am not actually having fun playing this game. It just feels tedious. I feel an itch to complete the game, experience the story and solve all the puzzles to get all the items. But I won't scratch that itch. PS: I have now read some reviews about things yet to come, and I do not like the sound of those either. Regarding other games in the series, I very much liked the remake of RE4, as well as RE8 (Village), which both felt more like proper games. I did not like RE7 and did not complete it either, because it was too scary for my taste and it felt more like an interactive horror movie.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 7: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
Latest in each market: best JP #92, worst BR #98 · 4 markets collected
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 77/day in the week to Jul 21 → 103.8/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
