やや癖のある挙動のマシンを自在に操り高速で走り抜けられると超気持ちいい反重力レースゲーム。 マシンが加速する時のエンジン音が聞いてて惚れ惚れする メインのキャリアモードで課されるミッションをクリアし、マシンをアップグレードしていくシステム。 序盤～Bリーグまではカジュアルに楽しめるが、Aクラスからはガラっと変化。体力ゲージをギリギリまで削ってターボを使うチキンレース的な立ち回りを要求されるゲームへ様変わり。ワイプアウトの浮遊感にF-ZERO GXの高難易度を混ぜ込んだ感覚に近いかも。 コースを覚え、ターボを使えるタイミングを意識しながら走るので、そういったことを考えずに走りたい方にはちょっと厳しいかもしれない。 マルチにはもう人がいないが、とりあえずマッチングをONにしておくとたまーーーに出会える。ほとんど1on1になるかも。 コースによってはファイナルラップで音楽BPMが加速するので脳汁が出るし頭振りたくなるのだが、我慢しよう。頭ふってコースアウト失格やらかすので我慢しよう（経験談）

saw a rl high end run on yt and decided to check it out, damn its ass cool but also i didnt expect the complex mechanics in a way theres pitch up, down and strafes oh strafes are so cool, like the counter strafe mechanic so you go harder on corners making it look like drifts

Holy CRAP this is good! Takes me back to the 90s in the best ways possible! They absolutely nailed the feeling of acomplishment from pulling off the right sequence of moves, barely avoiding the barriers, and winning a race. The aesthetics and the soundtrack NAIL IT!

Great gameplay, great campaign that eases you into the highly technical gameplay and great visuals. Just a shame this doesn't have more variety in locations, soundtrack and lore/story stuff. Would have loved to see more worldbuilding cutscenes and more personality given to the different ship manufacturers.
I played this on the Steam Deck and it works superbly! I get steady 60 fps even at high speeds and with all the shenanigans going on screen at any given time. It feels like Wipeout Pure in all the best ways! The game is fun, fast paced, with a great tutorial section (and first league to ease into the game play). You constantly unlock new gear and style accessories for your ship, giving a good sense of progression. The tracks are all gorgeous and complex from the start and the AI combatants are pretty challenging from the beginning so you get a natural sense of progression.
