About
Out of cash, out of luck, out on the fringe. Juno Markev has a killer to tail, a debt to pay, and more trouble headed her way. Rebel Galaxy Outlaw takes place in a greasy, blue-collar world of outlaws, truckers, cops and thieves.
Strap into a variety of spacecraft, settle a score in a filthy space-bar over a game of 8-ball, rock out to over 24 hours of music, and engage in white-knuckle dogfights.
In the Dodge Sector it’s hard to get by – and even harder to get even.
Rebel Galaxy Outlaw is an open-world space combat adventure game, spread across the nearly 40 systems of the Dodge Sector. Play as a mercenary, a trader, a pirate, or whatever mix of the three you feel fits you best. With an engaging storyline and a full conversation system, you can follow the narrative, or ignore it and forge your own path at any time.
Engage in white-knuckle combat, and use the included Autopursuit function to effortlessly fly like an ace, instead of space-jousting for hours. Save up your credits, buy a new ship, kit it out, and then paint it in a fully-fledged 3d-painting application. Make a fortune exploiting lucrative trade routes. Join guilds, help or hunt those in distress, buy and outfit your own space station. Grab a tip in a local bar and hunt hidden treasure. In your down-time, shoot some 8-ball, play some dice-poker, or aim for the high-score in an arcade game in the local seedy watering hole. Flip through the 7 included radio stations and vast music library for just the right track to fit your current mood.

Fun Privateer-esque space sim.
Why to "fix" something that is not broken? The first game was super simple, super entertaining, a clear example of less is more. This is quite the opposite, more is less, adding up and down was not a good move, neither landing and takeoff cinematics, minigames in base, it messed up the formula of the first game. why to add more complexity if it comes with helping tools to whitstand the complexity added? It sounds like adding problems and solutions to those problems altogether. Will give a try again later, but first impressions were not good.

Every market we collect.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

It is a fun game with many annoyances and it is a bit short. 9/10 auto-pilot travels get interrutped by proximity so ships, or pirates or whatever. I like a bit surprises but it is almost every single time. Your ship's config do not get saved, everytime you live a station you need to set your shields, power and weapons to the level you want because they reset. Enemies seem to have unlimited missiles ( i may be wrong about this but it does not look like I am). Would be nice to have a DLC o mods to fix some of this things. Other than that it still is a fun game overall. Nice graphics, nice sound, nice gameplay.
Ignore the negative comments. If you enjoyed Privateer you will enjoy this game. Is it full of complex systems and advanced enemy AI and slick UI features? No. But, these things do not detract - they feed into the nostalgia. I think it fills exactly the role it was intended to.
Loved the previous game. This game's mechanics are however very unsatisfying. Fair play to them for including a way to change the soundtrack but not even Cowboy Bebop's could make the experience palatable. Shame.
Space fights, hauling cargo, and country music. What more could you want?
