Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

As a seasoned competitive shooter that is very new to gaming and especially VR, i was excited when i was offered to play the beta. The gun mechanics are as realistic as possible considering its a video game. Reloading is very satisfying. The courses of fire are well designed and fun to run through. I'm looking forward to being able to customize the firearms, and also to shoot different divisions. I say this as an Open shooter thats used to dot on all my firearms and magazine fed shotguns. I also wish that a zeroing process was possible for the handgun. I feel like my usual grip on my Valve Index controller that would be a perfect grip on my IRL 2011, makes the in game pistol always point to the left. If there was a way to adjust this, id love it. That said, the dev team is very responsive and are constantly trying to improve the game. i look forward to many more hours in the game.
Kick ass game by a great studio. The communication through early access has been great, they are listening to the shooting community, and continue to add new goodies. This game is a must for any competitive shooter, be it 3gun, USPSA, IDPA, or IPSC. Even just someone who wants to see what the games are like in real life would benefit from this one!

Not worth for the price, especially since you can get H3VR for 5 euros less and that has heaps of more content even when ignoring mods.
The game is gun-mechanic wise fun, but when it comes to content-wise it sucks. I paid full price for the game, but I.M.O it should be about 5-10EUR if you look at the amount of content it offers.
Great game for firearms enthusiasts. Awesome simulation of shoot houses, 3 gun scenarios, and general speed shooting. Highly recommended.
What a great game! I just got the game and it's very good. I shoot USPSA and I am impressed with the flow of the game. The graphics are great. The gun play is great. While the game is slightly pricey at $30 dollars given the amount of content, you can bet the devs are working hard behind the scenes and implementing a lot of community feedback. They are very active on the discord and have a lot of big plans for the game based off my conversation with them. In their early access prompt, they mentioned they are planning on sales regularly, but I bought it at full price anyway because I want to support them. They have also mentioned they are planning on implement other pistol platforms, such as the 2011 platform, in the future, as well as skins and such if you're into that kind of thing. This game is an ABSOLUTE MUST for any competitive shooter (IPSC, USPSA, etc) who's looking for a dry fire alternative. I am excited to see the future development of this game!
This game is pretty fun, but it's not worth $30. The gun mechanics and handling are super clunky compared to Hot Dogs, Horseshoes and Hand Grenades, which offers extremely easy movement while still being able to operate every function on the firearm. The movement in this game is really hard to get used to as well, I wish they would offer different movement options like armswinger and let you remap firearm functions to the touchpads instead of buttons. The levels are great and there are a lot of them. There should be an option to mute music, it gets really annoying after a short period. I do like this game, but again, not for $30. H3VR has been $20 as long as I've been aware of it and it's the most realistic shooting simulator available. The only thing this game has that H3VR doesn't are the different 3 gun courses, but you can now build your own courses however you want, and even use other's custom stages using mods. If you think this game is awesome, please check out H3VR. It gets updated almost weekly and has hundreds of different firearms and explosives and attachments to customize firearms, it's so much fun and never gets dull. UPDATE: This game hasn't received an update since 2023, so I assume nothing new will ever be added. It's still fun for what's there, but it's not worth the price.
UPDATE the devs have been constantly updating the game adding multiple levels and changes that make the game far better than it was on my original review. the belt issue is pretty much completely solved allowing much easier reloading while moving and snapping to your hand for drawing your handgun or magazines. the new courses and target implementation is fantastic and the tournaments are a welcome addition as it really does help simulate some of the stresses of an actual competition. all in all im very happy with the game and all the improvements that have been implemented as well as how responsive and active the devs are to suggestion and criticisms from actual competative shooters like myself. as a competitive shooter this is an absolute godsend due to the ammo crisis right now. one major gripe i have is with the belt, i lose so much time fumbling with trying to find mags and the holster that i end up having to stop and look down to do anything with it as if i try to move while looking at my belt i more often than not step outside the course and get a penalty. the belt definitely needs some fine tuning as far as tracking with the headset and body position. aside from that the course layouts are fantastic and its addicting enough to sit and run the same course multiple times chasing after that fastest time.
Of all the VR Shooting games I've played, Range is Hot has THE BEST gunplay and weapon handling. Magazine angle while reloading is on point, pistol angle is on point, recoil is realistic, the inputs are mostly logical, and for once the two hand gripping of a pistol is GOOD. The game is in early access so it has still a lot of polishing to do, but the foundation is very good at the moment. Movement and snap turning needs some work too. The main part, running the stages, is done well and is basically as addictive as shooting real courses of fire!
