Pru the Pigeon

Similar to the other platforming games by the same dev, these are very short and fun adventures. If you need something quick to play, these are it.

Positives: Smooth enough difficulty curve. Each level feels that little bit more complicated than the last. Good level themes. Good art direction. Feels fun to explore. Controls are smooth and have no lag. Fun characters to talk to. Music is fun and a bop in general. Genuinely solid for £2.49 (got this game in a bundle, but as a singular game this game holds up well) Negatives: Characters often repeat one singular line, and only one singular line. This is fine since this is an indie project. The attack move, which is like a combination of the spindash and the spin attack (Sonic and Crash respectively), is fun to use as it acts as a dash move + attacking. But the negative is that because it rebounds you backwards, this can sometimes lead to your demise. Feathers have little benefit to having more than 50 (as of review). As of review there are no boss battles, though there might be more later on. ------ ++++/+++++ HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

This game is class. Some mechanics like Mario Galaxy-style Jump-Swap platforms and ice platforms are slightly underutilized, and the quaint 15 level count is a little low. Gimme more and I'm here for it. I freaking love this pigeon

Small, simple, probably won't take more than 2 hours even if you're stretching it, but fun platformer all the same! Plus, there's a poop button. So if that does it for you, congrats.
