This is an older game that was the successor to SimTower but the predecessor of Mad Tower Tycoon. You get to build a tower of your dreams and manage tenants, offices, restaurants and shops. It's got a nice jazzy sound track and is overall entertaining. You have to build elevators and stairwells into the building area, which you have to account for when planning. Elevators are a function of the game and otherwise make no sense other than transporters from Star Trek. I was able to get my tower to 80 floors, I thought you could make it up to 100, but I'm coming back to this game. You can only have 1 metro station, and only a few maintenance and building staff, but they get the job done. I'll also say starting out can be rough, $10k isn't a lot, so it takes a few tries and very dense building to get something going. MTT addresses a lot of the issues this game ignored, but this game is much more deep in tenants, offices and restaurants. But MTT has many more amenities, high level, and roof items. Overall highly worth a play. It's an older game and it feels dated, it's supposed to be 70s New York City, and the artdeco and feel are spot on.
Its fun its challenging and very VERY addictive.

Pues esta bien para jugar un rato que no hay nada que hacer. La mecánica del juego es rápida de entender, es como jugar a los legos e ir acomodando las oficinas en sus lugares respectivos. Se van carretas de dinero en mantenimiento, otra carreta más en electricidad, todos quieren la renta barata y el mejor lugar. En lo personal el lugar menos rentable son los departamentos, necesitan el doble de espacio de una oficina y deja un 50% menos además de que necesita más servicios (agua, electricidad, gas, servicio de recolección de basura, plomero) añadiendo que solo una persona lo habita y no te ayuda a incrementar la población. Las tiendas solo están ahí para lograr subir de nivel las oficinas, de otra manera no tienen sentido pues no dejan mucha ganancia y son muy llorones con la renta. Sí lo recomiendo, lo esperen el juegazo solo es un cumplidor para matar el aburrimiento.

Un entretenido juego en donde administras y construyes un edificio. Defines las zonas que va tener el edificio, las arriendas y te preocupas que tenga cuando menos los servicios mínimos que te pida el que se va instalar. Repite el ciclo para ir expandiendo tu edificio y volverte el mejor de la ciudad. Mis únicos disgustos con este juego es que las pantallas en donde administrar los recursos que tienen instalados son algo inútiles, por ejemplo, para instalar ciertos tipos de oficina te ponen requisitos que debes tener ciertos tipos de restaurante, pero no te especifican cuales entonces toca estar adivinando. Los servicios tienen límites de operación y no hay (o no he encontrado) de manera sencilla algo que te advierta cuando esta llegando el límite ya que si te descuidas se puede llamar el suministro del edificio y joderte enormemente. Algunas acciones pueden ser tediosas de realizar, como el mantenimiento de la estructura (que pensaba que era automático, pero se tiene que hacer manual o tener el dinero suficiente para programar el 100% de los arreglos). Tampoco hay muchas opciones para que tu edificio se vea bonito, es como extraño ver que de una restaurante se pueda pasar directamente a una oficina o a una sala de mantenimiento, todos los sitios que instales están interconectados. Por lo menos bastante recomendable en las primeras horas de juego cuando tienes objetivos que cumplir, hacerlos te proporcionará bonificaciones en dinero y posibilidad de hacer más cosas por tu edificio. Ya en el “late game” depende de que tan alto quieres llegar y ponerte tus propios objetivos.
Really fun game! Has a good balance between puzzle like elements with how you need to develop your tower, but once it clicks, it's pretty fun! Pros: Fun and chill game. Scenarios are fun and interesting and figuring out how to better alocate the different buildings inside the tower is quite challenging and fun. Cons: The money only coming at the end of the day can be quite tedious. It's not bad pacing, but it does feel like it needs a faster time, or a more consistent way of earning money.
