Material- errand boi simulator, everything is repetitive, so maybe dont overprice a dull game devs?
It took me way too long to realize this is a Stardew clone
A fun lil game. I loved the pixel graphics. I loved the potion making and the cast of characters. After the story was complete, things kinda slowed down. The last batch of achievements were a bit grindy. A fun experience over all. Would really recommend it.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

tl;dr Not the promised depth upon closer inspection of the store page, but still worth $6 in my book. Sooooo....I'm nearing the end of my stay in Moonbury and my recommendation comes with a huge caveat: it was $6 because I got it on sale. Was it worth that? 100%. This game is if Wandering Willows and Kiki's Delivery Service had a baby in a pharmacy and I'm sure I'll clock over 20 hours by the end. There's a lot of life here, but I have to agree with other reviews I've seen once I took a closer look myself: There's also a LOT of false/misleading information on the store page. While I enjoy the various research and diagnosis mini-games, there's no actual observation of a patient or any further depth involved in the process, just a few dance dance revolution or memory arrow presses or cycling through of elemental types until you ping the right one in the case of the "research" bit. There's absolutely NO weather differences, or seasons for that matter (if that changes by the time I get to the end, I'll edit it, but despite the fact that there's no calendar, I'm pretty sure I've spent at least "a month" in game aka four "weeks" and I've seen none of it): it's always sunny in Moonbury (and if they're counting the Snowy Area and the Desert Area, well, there's STILL no detriment involved during exploration like implied). Where I'm at right now, I have yet to see any indication that I could use my potions on myself for buffs etc. I can sell them and I can use them on sick residents (there's also nothing of what I would consider a "vitamin" tbh, but that's a nitpick) or fulfill a quest (all the potions are functionally the same: an object to turn in for a quest). There's also definitely time limits for game objectives, technically speaking, as you only get a few days to heal someone before you "fail" and someone else does it. That being said, I enjoy running around collecting things, and they've done a good job fleshing out the various characters in the town (though if you're getting this game for the romance...as far as I can tell, there's no "marriage" just a single date with each candidate, which you can do with all of them with no repercussions). And I also did enjoy how as you complete various quests, the town improves sort of like how it does in My Time at Portia. There IS a gift-giving system, but there's no nuance to it: the town has a tradition of giving one item to one another and you accumulate that item by healing people. There's also no inventory management to speak of, which I appreciate being someone who wants to horde everything I can lay my hands on in a game. OH and I do love that my dog can lead me to any NPC I might need to find. That's super helpful. Also, hot tip: you can teleport to any of the fast travel spots from anywhere, you don't have to be at one to do it. It's weird how according to the store page there was supposed to be more and it just doesn't deliver? And if they were being intentionally vague, shame on them, and if they just ran into problems with the publisher and had to get it out without funding to do any more than what they had, it wouldn't be the first time. All that to say, there's still a nice game in here for $6 and I don't regret it.
Игра однозначно хороша! Потратил 40 часов и не жалею, прошёл на все 100% открыл все ??? в справочнике, сделал все события и с грустью покидаю этот мир т.к. контент он закончился_)
IT REMINDS ME OF STARDEW
What matters most in reviews is sincerity and consistency.
I think it's valid of me to say that I'm somewhat a fan of such cozy farm games with a hundred hours in Stardew and some more in other games of such sort. Potion Permit has a magnificent pixel art style and an interesting potion mechanic,
but...
it really lacks the audacity to go full throttle on its main ideas. The game is too "cozy".
Yeah, yeah, I know, "my steak is too juicy and my lobster is too buttery".
While checking the Steam store page and going through trailers and screenshots, of course, one would draw parallels with the "titans" of the genre. In this case, it is Stardew Valley. So, as I see it, one would perceive this game as "Stardew Valley, but you are a doctor". But Stardew is as "cozy" as you want it to be. It's as "hard" as you want it to be. In this game, never have I ever felt the constraints of time. I wasn't once scared to die while fighting very easy "dungeon" enemies. Not once did I fail to heal a patient. There are no stakes in this game, and it's quite alright for a lot of people, but just not for me. Just have this information in mind while pondering whether to buy this game or not. P.S - If you want to read more of my reviews,
https://store.steampowered.com/curator/46139049/
If you like farm-sims but want something a bit different, without the same "crops, cows and farm-stuff" theme, this will be a refreshing game. Very similar but focused more in exploring the land, collecting ingredients, and curing people when they're sick with your potions instead of harvesting and selling crops, milk and eggs.
