Puzzle Horror game inspired by PS2 era classics. Navigate environments, tackle threats, and meet other lost characters in the depths of the Gloom.

Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.29/day in the week to Aug 24 → 1.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About

Post Trauma is a Puzzle Horror Game and Red Soul Games is a small studio made up of fans of old school survival horror. We have taken a lot of inspiration from several genre-defining classics and we hope it shows!
Puzzle oriented: Designed for players looking for a challenge. Escape room style puzzles that require you to study your surroundings carefully. A pen and paper is recommended.
Retro Vibes: Play a modern survival horror through a retro-focused lens. Fixed Cameras. Save Rooms (With limited saving on hard mode). And continuous tension built through the atmosphere
Tackle Threats: Or choose not to! Not every enemy needs to be fought or encounter won, so pick your battles wisely!
Multiple Perspectives: The Gloom isn’t as lonely as it first appears, as the story of Post Trauma is told from multiple perspectives with full voice acting.

In Post Trauma, players control Roman (Togo Igawa), a tormented train conductor who awakes to find himself in a surreal dimension following a terrible panic attack. Faced with horrifying architecture and nightmarish abominations, Roman can choose to defend himself with an array of weapons or try to find the path of least resistance.

Inspired by key staples of the Survival Horror genre, Post Trauma blends fixed camera angles with stunning visuals through Unreal Engine 5 to create a truly unsettling, yet familiar horror experience. But just when you think you have the answers, this hellscape changes the questions as you enter the unknown to face your greatest fears.

To survive this cruel world, you must piece together an ongoing mystery across several, seemingly unrelated settings. Deducing your environments to find unlikely hints and discovering precious tools in unexpected places will help you make continued progress.
As you find clues and solve puzzles, you’ll gradually learn more about where you are and how you can escape, using a delicate mix of patience and cunning to stay alive. And maybe a pad and paper too.

Featuring a fully voice acted cast (Togo Igawa, Autumn Ivy, Hyoie O’Grady) and a captivating, ambient audioscape, elevated by a hypnotic score from Nicolas Gasparini (Myuu), Post Trauma has been crafted to be a homage to beloved franchises and a new merging of playstyles. The intent is to create a truly special, unforgettable horror experience fuelled by pure passion and incredible talent.

I very much enjoyed this game. It is survival horror but relies on the atmosphere and the sounds throught the areas rather than mindless cheap jump scares that many modern horror games tend to do. It is highly recommended to play this with headphones for a good experience. The story isn't too bad but it isn't straight forward either. Maybe I missed something but I still have questions about certain events within the story and even about some of the characters within the story. The gameplay is a bit clunky and the entire time I feel like the weapons you gain are useless. The entire playthrough I was fine with just the sledgehammer. I tried out the handgun and it felt like the sledgehammer did way more damage than the handgun. Sometimes the bullets didnt connect, even though I was aiming in the direction of the enemy. It does lack a map for areas, so it would be difficult for those who lose their way on where a certain room is located at. This game has a lot of puzzles than enemies. The game will not remember for you, so be prepared to have a pencil and paper nearby. I wouldn't say the puzzles aren't too difficult but it isn't hand holding. I enjoy difficult puzzles or puzzles to really make my brain work or think outside the box to solve, but for those who don't like tons or difficult puzzles, you may not have a fun time with this one. Three camera angles were happening, somewhat fixed, third, and even first person. I don't mind the options of different camera angle gameplays but I feel the fixed or third person camera angle fit the game more. This is a opinion. Overall, it's a pretty good game and could be even better if the gameplay of it is worked on a little more.
NO DA MIEDOOOOOOOOOOOOOO ES PURO PUZZLE ALV QUITENLE LA ETIQUETA DE TERROR VAYA MIERDA
The first achievement pops after just a few seconds for pressing a single button. That's about as rewarding as the game ever gets. The default settings are terrible. In fact, there are barely any settings at all, and visually the game looks like something from the early 2000s. The pause menu only shows controller controls, there are no keyboard or mouse bindings, no way to rebind keys, and even the audio settings don't save. The controls are a disaster. I had to use AutoHotkey just to make them usable. If you don't use tank controls, every camera change sends your character running in a different direction. But tank controls aren't any better. The lowest sensitivity still makes your character spin around way too fast. On top of that, running and dodging both use stamina. That's an unnecessary gimmick. The tutorial isn't much help either. It tells you to hold the mouse button to zoom while inspecting an object, but that's wrong. You have to use the mouse wheel. Interactions are also completely inconsistent. Sometimes you press the same button to interact, other times it's "Q". Movement and collision are awful. Your character constantly gets stuck on invisible geometry. While crawling through a hole, mine kept repositioning to strange angles and glitching into the walls before trying again. The first puzzle was so poorly communicated that I had to brute-force it because I couldn't find the clues. Then, as soon as the intro ended, I had to climb onto a ledge... and my character got stuck again. At that point I just quit. This game is practically unplayable. It's so janky and poorly put together that I don't even know how to describe it. It feels like AI-generated slop that was never tested.

The game was a fun little old school horror. it had its clunky moments but overall was enjoyable and I beat it in one sitting. It had silent hill and resident evil vibes. the puzzles at time could have been a little more complicated since it was a lot of grab this and go here back and forth wandering. overall enjoyable for a indie horror game and find it worth the money and time. I got it in a Humble Bundle.
The worts game I have played. story: no sense fighting/action: poor and easy totally a lost of time don't neither think to buy it or play it
Game is filled with the dumbest puzzles I've ever seen in a horror game... They are 90% unsolvable and you spend 70% of your gameplay searching google and you tube for the puzzle solutions. If you like searching google for puzzle solutions than this game is for you. Every game creator that uploaded this game to their you tube account cheated and got all the puzzle solutions from google, very easy to spot a cheater. If you play for more than 2 hours you'll be denied a refund, which is what i should of done
