This is a very simple and relaxing city builder. There are no disasters, no unexpected events (at least so far), and no critical issues to deal with while building your city. Just relax to the soothing music and appease resident requests at your own pace. The management is very simple and would probably be boring for someone who likes detailed control, but for just a relaxing casual game, it is pretty nice. I got this game for $1.99 and say that it is well worth the price tag, in truth, I would probably have paid a little more for it. It has no bugs that I have noticed, and though some of the placement mechanics are a little jumpy, it isn't bad enough to make me want to stop. Overall I quite like this game for something casual to accidentally lose a few hours on.
Polyville Canyon is a really great city-builder, especially if you are new or curious of the genre. The game offers a stress-free and forgiving experience that has some great music, good UI and doesn't really overstay itself. I highly recommend this game, just look at the price and try it out for yourself. :)

awesome game! super relaxing city builder where you unlock new items every time you level up, which is easily done just by placing items and playing the game. love that there's more than one map to build on, and theyre differently themed too so you can make something totally new with each map! can't beat the price, either. :) and the developer is super communicative and very helpful with any bugs you happen to encounter!
A very heartwarming, exciting and soothing experience. Looks and plays out beautifully. Strongly recommended! Can't even believe how cheap it is, it would easily be worth 5x the price.
Super cute and simple, reminds me a little bit of Sims Town which I loved when I was growing up, but with more Rocko's Modern Life vibes. Can't beat the price for what it is, a casual game to pass the time. I like the amount of freedom you have with your creativity, usually in a game like this that's something that's lacking, but they did a good job with balancing simplicity and player control.
PROS: Cute graphics Easy to understand menus First-person mode to explore city No huge pressure to finish quests Not forced to focus on specific details CONS: Easy to get bored Item collision not 100% perfect Need to be idle for long periods to wait for money in early game ========== I like this game for its simple graphics and the ability to create a city without the threat of natural disasters or major threats. I also like that you only need to focus on citizen happiness rather than finer details such as basic needs for individual citizens. However, I will say that it does get boring quickly. Once you've built the city and finished the quests, there isn't very much to do when the map is full. Even trying out new maps does not add very much, other than a few new quests and buildings. The game is good for a few hours, but it quickly bores. It is a good time-killer though.
This is an adorable game with that's well worth the small price tag. It's totally stress free and focused on creativity and building a city to your liking. There's so many little details and it shows this game was made with a lot of love and care.
Really cute little game! Love the graphics and I love how big the maps are. Plenty to do so I'm on Level 15 (in two days of playing nonstop) and still having fun designing.
I'll be honest at first I was put off, zoom wasn't working on either mouse or keyboard and I was stuck with it on the same view, I bypassed the quest and was a little stuck at the start it doesn't explain perks too well and I had no idea what I was supposed to be doing, decorations seem to be the only option to gaining happiness, it took me a long time to work out how to upgrade ticket prices once I had leveled up the perks, I wish there was a search option so I could quick access specific buildings I wanted or needed for quests instead of trying to guess which category they were in (some were obvious other's not so much). I however enjoyed playing the game. It was relaxing and at my pace, I didn't feel rushed. There's no penalties like other city builders, the characters were cute the buildings were cute, I can only hope for more areas, neighbours and quests. I actually feel like I ripped the developers off which how cheap the game is, very cheap game that I was willing to pay more for.
cute relaxing city builder whoever played the piano you did great
