Welcome to Brighton! Join the police force of this fictitious American city and experience the day to day life of a Police Officer. Start with citing violations and giving out parking tickets, then work your way towards shouldering more responsibilities. Be part of the community of Brighton, get to know your neighborhood and handle daily police work to fight crime during your shift. Always be tough, but fair: respect the law and gain more experience to unlock more neighborhoods, districts and duties.
POLICE SIMULATOR: PATROL OFFICERS includes a dynamic traffic system that organically creates the traffic flow and car accidents, as well as emergency situations that can randomly pop up during your shift. Be ready to react at a moment’s notice! In the Open World of Brighton you will be able to choose neighborhoods for your patrols and make sure to keep them safe. Patrol through three unique districts with several neighborhoods each. Every single one has a distinct flair, from the high rises of Downtown to the historical buildings of Brickston.
With progression and unlocking new districts, additional duties will also be revealed. Start with ticketing duty and finding wrongfully parked cars, but be prepared to take care of accidents that may happen right in front of your eyes. In a living and breathing city, many different duties may be encountered. Stop drug deals taking place in the local park, or chase graffiti sprayers illegally tagging walls. Be prepared for anything - even if it is just a car blocking a bus stop. Every duty is your responsibility.
With the Intuition System your police officer will be able to pick up important clues during witness interrogations that could lead you to resolve situations the right way, so make sure you pay attention to everything being said and done. POLICE SIMULATOR: PATROL OFFICERS offers a Simulation mode for experienced players looking for the most authentic experience, as well as a casual mode for those looking for a more relaxing patrol in the streets of Brighton.

Played this mostly on Xbox Game Pass and got all the achievements on that. It's a decent game. I would suggest if you want to actually buy it, purchase it on sale for 80% off which is the best deal that has happened for this so far. Last time that happened was July 15, 2026. To go more in depth. The game starts out and has you on foot traffic and has you do the very basic things at first. You ticket people for parking violations to start based on expired plates, expired meter, parking on sidewalk, parking to far into the street, various non parking violations and zones. You eventually get a speed gun and you will radar and take pictures and submit them. It is fairly fun but kind of repetitive. You can ID people when you pull them over later in the game and when you see them jaywalk, litter and other crimes. The crimes can escalate if you investigate further into them. You will also investigate crashes and take pictures and question people and test them with DUI tests. You verify IDs if they can driver, have insurance, can carry a gun or a concealed weapon. They can give fake ids, stolen ids and when they do certain actions you can frisk them and if they are being arrested or you find something illegal on them you can search them and possibly find more. Eventually you unlock other crimes like domestic violence, vandalism, graffiti and assault. If you get it for 80% off I would say it's fairly fun but it also has some jank to it as well. The game does have a simulator mode where it will penalize you for making mistakes. Otherwise you can freely make mistakes and it'll tell you about them in the summary of the interaction but it won't penalize you. Even wrecking a vehicle wrong penalize you but police brutality it will make you restart the day. Yes I had to test this out because well I never used the gun and went to taze someone for fun and accidentally shot them with my pistol.

Been here pretty much from the start, seeing the game as barepones and how they developed it over time. This games has always had bugs, usually game breaking ones. Immersion holds together for awhile but not wears down fast. IN SHORT: "Repetitive and buggy mess. Abandoned by the developer but not before introducing with 125€ worth of DLC:s without ever fully fixing the bugs, at least cars are somewhat driveable now, they were A LOT worse" Some points and littlebit backround: Police cars doesnt handle well and except one of them which is DLC one. But that one doesnt have boot/trunk nor capacity to carry arrested. Developer has spread to other similar types of games, added DLC:s and then abandoned this one. Aggravating factor is the fact this game was also partly funded by public money from the "German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action." (trough the German federal government's computer games funding program.) Because of that kind of use of our (players) good will, and public money yet not producing at least fully working product. I cannot recommend any of their games. Avoid.
