A review for a game series I love I have been playing this game on and off since 2016. At times it’s a fun game to play, however, it seems that there are more and more issues with connectivity during major events. This last event I lost two remote raid passes which are almost 2 dollars each. Scopely’s app support’s response was for me to send a picture of my in game journal showing I had used the passes, which by the time they asked was no longer available. TLDR: if you love Pokémon like I do you will enjoy the game but don’t spend money on it because you never know if what you buy will even work.

Absolutely godawful amount of pop ups on an iPhone? Downloading this game after years and now I can’t play it without first having it open my setting app because it won’t dismiss the thing telling me to turn my location services on all the times, which if I leave on makes my phone overheat randomly throughout the day. How this app has turned my phone into a heater idk but it’s only this and it’s always happened. Bad app design bad usage of memory something is wrong and it’s incredibly frustrating

CRASHING CONSTANTLY They add a bunch of stuff to the game but never improve the bugs my game constantly crashes, I’ve spent money on raid passes just for my game to crash. Don’t waste your time

Pikachu I am so sick of seeing Pikachu everywhere. They’re not good Pokemon for battles and I couldn’t care less about the dozens of hats he wears. The game isn’t fun if 70% of the Pokemon I catch are lightning and useless.

Schopley should be ashamed of them self I encountered a shiny frokie and I used a golden razz berry and ultra ball and it ran away and this isn’t the first time make your game better because I’m thinking about deleting the game. And also a wild shundo but my ran away

DON’T PLAY! Please don’t play! Niantic is a greedy money hungry company that prays off of your nostalgia and sells your information and location for their own profit. And they can’t even provide a decent gaming experience for farming your personal data!

Fix PvP The lag is so miserable I can’t believe you’ve managed to make it even worse than it was at launch
