In PixARK there's many ways to play! Progress your character using skill trees and customizable stats to suit your playstyle, or build anything you can imagine from your wildest dreams in Creative Mode.
In PixARK there are over 100 creatures to tame, train, and ride. Add our complex creatures to your brood and cultivate your team for ultimate survival.
PixARK features a complex voxel block building system. You can create a plethora of items and customize your base to suit your personal style and adventuring needs.
PixARK maps are procedurally generated and can be customizable based on your needs. If you don't like the world you live in, create a new "seed" and start again! Quests are also procedurally generated to create a variety of gameplay for each user!

仕様からバグに至るまで完成度が致命的に低い。 日本語バグについて。自分は以下の箇所に独自でパッチを当ててプレイ可能にしましたが、そんなことが前提として必要なゲームを世に出すべきではないし、そのまま長らく放置されたままなのもいかがなものか。 原因は、PixARK v1.227の日本語ローカライズ不具合です。 - 原文：Level %i ... %s - 日本語：この %s ... レベル %i ... ゲームは「必要レベルの整数 → 生物名」の順で渡しますが、日本語だけ指定順が逆です。その結果、必要レベル 10 / 20 / 30 を文字列アドレスとして読み、0xC0000005 でクラッシュしています。 3件のダンプはすべて同じ命令・同じスタックで、出力も毎回「この 」まで進んだ直後に停止。発火箇所も[PrimalDinoCharacter.cpp由来の餌やり案内]と一致しました。 つまり、起動自体ではなく、ワールド内でレベル不足の餌やり対象へ近づき、案内UIが表示される瞬間に落ちています。
从游戏角度，还是值得玩的，就是这个联机真的一坨，服务器卡死人，不得不用局域网软件，不然我都进不去我朋友的房间，即使如此，还是卡顿。

*Played during the free period* Would have loved to try this game out but ran into several problems: After downloading I could not launch the game, having steam check file integrity it found 2 files needed to be replaced - once done I still could not launch the game. I completely closed Steam and re-launched which let me run the game finally. Hitting L1 on PS controller would always crash the game. (multiple users report this being an issue, an update came out after said reports but the bug still exists) Hosting a LAN game, my wife was able to join but never actually loaded all the way into the world. When attempting to relaunch the game on my wife's computer it would crash before even getting to the main menu. We absolutely loved ARK many moons ago and thought this would be super fun. Her laptop (Win 11) is fairly new while my computer (Win 10) is hitting -fairly- ancient so who knows what the problem is.
the game has big potential but the multiplayer options is terrible me and my friends cant even join each other properly without brainstorming
