EXTREME violation of privacy at the end where they turn on your camera?? like why? why EVER do that? with no warning and just doing it. On top of no warning besides "tragedy puzzle game" in the description for the ending to the first story for a suicide that is very graphic for pixel art. The puzzles are simple slider games (2 of them), tanagrams, match 3, and a very easy to solve 'physics' thing where you launch a ball into a targets - but it shows a path all the way so there is no thinking involved really. Like with that the most complicated level I just moved the bars until it showed I had it right then went for it. I do like how the game shows the story through the puzzles but it does it literally 1 layer deep and then the story is over - no hard puzzles and no complex thinking. The stories don't make you think about it outside "yeah that tracks" and "wow that sucks". Like the only one that I would put any thought into is the prisoner story and my only thoughts are: why did you let these people do any of what they did? It should have ended the moment you were starving but I guess that would have been too short for the game. Also currently it is on sale for 60% off (4.79) and the 2 year low is 3.59. On mobile however it is 3.99. Why are you charging 3 times more for your game at base price and still more even on sale? I guess they expect people to go "oh look an indie game on steam lets play" and never look into it further. If you are interested in this game at all and what it has to offer look up playthroughs as it would be less of a waste of time and money than playing this.

It's a unique game, that's for sure. But if it's a /good/ game is another matter. The stories are interesting (but clichéed for the most part). The pacing in the narrative is a bit too drawn out for me. The stories each have different types of puzzles - which is a good thing since I think I enjoyed the first story's puzzles the least. The rest are not like it at all. The sequence after doing the five main stories is tedious, the idea of it being a difficult decision is notable, but the rinse and repeat of it makes it too drawn out. The ending I got was enjoyable to watch through the credits... but it was sooo slow that I can't make myself go back and watch the other stories' endings. It's a short game and worth playing enough, but only if it's drastically reduced in price. I would be very disappointed if I paid full price for this, especially when a few puzzles were glitchy. There was a lot of replayability on the other games but for me this is never likely to be launched again.

Wow! I just finished playing Photographs today and I was left with all kinds of feels in my gut. Okay that doesn't sound all professional as a review, but its how I felt. Honestly, I really loved this game. The stories are gripping and deep for what they are and each one is unique in their own way. Even when I thought I could see what was going to happen, the game still shocked me.
Having to choose at the end which of these stories get to change the outcome is one of the most troubling decisions I have made in any game I have played before.
. I loved the music that played in each story and I enjoyed how each puzzle theme was centred around the characters story that was being told. I felt that was a really nice touch. The pixel art was lovely and at well done. While short, each story is so well written that you feel a real connection to these characters you are learning about and shock over what their decisions have caused for them. Honestly, I would love to save them all. Great Game. Honestly, the price is a big high, so get it on sale as its only like 2.5 hours long, but otherwise its great!

It's a nice little puzzle game with an interesting few stories and I enjoyed how quickly it was to get used to and play.
A story that's impossible to be taken seriously (sort of like if somebody played To the moon and tried to make their own version, except really bad one), packed in the worst Sokoban variation I've ever seen. I was really looking forward to this, not knowing what I'm getting into, but boy, this missed by a mile, absolutely not for me.
