This game started my love for the Persona series and will always hold a special place in my heart. The story is by far the best I've ever seen in an RPG and the game truly makes you feel like you're a part of something. I played through the game and got the Golden True Ending and I recommend anyone else who plays strive for the same as it wraps the whole story up in a beautiful way that actually brought tears to my eyes. I truly believe that this may be one of the greatest games of all time, and yet it felt more like an experience than a game. The world-building and immersion that this game achieves through it's amazing cast of lovable characters and hilarious scenarios never failed to amaze and entertain me. Thank you ATLUS for making such a wonderful work of art, you've made a lifelong fan with this game and I can't wait to play all the other Persona games.
Tras haber terminado cada versión del Persona 3 y el Persona 5 Royal, nunca llegué a sentir la "depresión post-Persona", hasta que jugué Persona 4. Aquí sí pude sentir lo mismo que el Gordo Atlus que llora al maxear el social link de la monita china de su preferencia, y abandonar Inaba me sigue doliendo hoy día. Ojalá le tengan mucho cariño al Revival y no termine siendo un mod del Persona 5 como lo fue el Reload. Y no completen todos los logros si valoran su salud mental.

This hits home right on the spot.
Fantastic game, didn't enjoy it nearly as much as Persona 3 FES but I still loved it. The cast is strong and full of goofy but genuine moments sprinkled in. The soundtrack is amazing too, yukiko's castle and backside of the tv are my favorites (runner up is signs of love [dojima residence]). Don't buy or play if you want a 'serious' or mature game, you'll be disappointed and hate it. My only gripes is December 03 (iykyk) and January and February seeming more filler than anything, even more than the early and long 'tutorial' Persona games are known for. Definitely worth on sale, I wouldn't pay full price for this and especially don't buy the new demake, this version holds up even in 2026.
