Perfect Vermin

不知道为什么网上对这部作品的评价这么高，其实只是一款平常的小游戏。倒不至于差评，但是也完全没必要吹嘘。 一些象征手法，但实在是简单直接，更像是比喻拟人之类的修辞。游戏性和剧情都没说什么内容，而叙事也是中规中矩，更多的或许是用猎奇的表现形式得到警示效果，但是没什么深度。

I have tried to play this several times but after 30 ish seconds it turns itself of I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but no use it is a shame I really do like the game it just does not stay on

from what i saw from the trailer, the reviews and from the 15 sec i've been able to play, this game seems pretty cool and entertaining.....BUT idk if my pc is ♥♥♥♥ but it keeps crashing everytime i try to play it. If anyone can help me maybe i can finally play the game and see if the hype for this game is real

Perfect Vermin is a pithy game that packs a punch. It is my go-to recommendation for people that may not be into the medium but are willing to spend 10-15 minutes on a unique experience. You are set loose into an empty office with the goal of finding and removing imposter vermin hiding within the building. There are two great “wow” moments in the game, when you first step off the elevator and discover your only means of interacting with the environment, and when you find your first vermin. The game meaningfully progresses after each floor, but in a perfect world I would have enjoyed more challenge and a bigger office building to explore. I never felt like I needed to be crude or smash through regular chairs or desks to get the job done and that is a bit of a shame. Regardless, the story is brilliant and the way it marries the narrative to its gameplay is fantastic. Everything from the sound to the retro inspired graphics and pixel art style only serves to better immerse the player and drive home the uneasy mood the game intends to convey. The overarching metaphor of Perfect Vermin is powerful and is well worth anyone’s time, especially considering it is quick and free. Perfect Vermin stuck with me in a way that I did not anticipate. I came back to it many years later and my opinion has not changed, go play it. However, when launching it recently I experienced constant crashing, I was only able to make it most of the way through the game by turning off my internet. I hope my issue is an isolated case and the game can run on modern hardware because Perfect Vermin remains evergreen in its impact.
