Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 691/day in the week to Jul 17 → 4.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

good game, very immersive, skills progression is very slow, you gonna need a lot of patience or you will burn out ... after buying the game is possible to play for a very long time without spending any real money, you can renew your single plot with ingame currency Gold/Grace and dont need more than 1 plot to progress for a long time ... you can get gold by killing mobs and buy grace with gold , higher tier mobs give more gold, a small hosue will be less grind to mantain without spending any real money ... if you want to build a castle or a small town you better play with a group of friends or be ready to buy plot tokens with real money ... playing with a guild will make plot matainance much easy .... the "renewal plot token system" is necesary or the game will end up with full of "ghost towns" that can not be taken down ... the "plot token system" is pretty similar to Dune Awakening "base mantainance" system ... dont see any better solution to this problem ....

Very good
Dude I cant even auto organize my inventory. Items don't complete a stack when go over the stack limit when Shift click before creating a new one wich means you have to constantly micromanage your inventory. The building rotation is horrible, when you provide a round plot as your first plot you should leave the option to at least fine rotate the building materials so we can take advantage of the space we have wich it seem barely enough to enjoy the game. Building is so bad and frustrating if you dont stick to square shapes, that in a building game is absurd. This game is at best an alpha grindfest. I just bought the game and im extremely disapointed. I wouldn't mind paying a montly sub but this is clearly a cash grab before leting the game die.
its fun
I won't repeat what has already been said here and save mine and readers time... Had this on my radar for some time, waited a while and grabbed in the sale. As per norm...Graphics are amazing but other than that gameplay is very dry and the grind is a chore.. Gave up after awhile as every day was a empty world, grinding session that was just too much. If they tweak the grind, add some more PvE content.. it might be on to something. If you want a game to show off nice graphics but is empty within..... go for it. Would I buy on sale if I knew what I know now? NOPE.
1400 hours in game: Its simply boring, I used to have such a positive experience in this game but its so stale. Dungeons: The loots tables very rarely give something worth venturing into them for, my clan ran multiple a day and they all drop low level trash items in bulk regardless or difficulty, for the hours they may take and the organisation to get people together this is insulting. PVP: The only pvp are is called lyoness, this map connects alot of the other main provinces and is the only pvp area, in this area you can gather the only real region locked items in the game called ambergrasp and canonite which is used for late game item power ups. Now you would think this is a good idea and in theory it is but because it spawns so commonly there is no rarity to it so while not worthless you cant really sell it. Shrines are the buildable areas within the pvp zone and you have to maintain them with mournwood which brings people together for pvp, this in theory is a great mechanic, but shrines give no benefit at all in any way, they have no strategic advantage at all are are just for building in this area which makes them pointless. Along the same topic we find that there are way to many tree spawns so that everyone can maintain a shrine with minimal effort, you then add to this no way to physically enter or take shrines away from a clan and a war becomes a pointless endeavour other than for just the fun of pvp. And pvp can be fun in this game but like the aforementioned dungeons it is both repetitive and boring, if some one is using a two handed spear your just better off running they are very overpowered. Building: This game does have great building mechanics, they have a very in depth and easy to use system for this but again with one single huge flaw, you build your perfect house or home to only then find a tree growing though the foundations you have built, the devs say this is because they dont want the world to become deforested but we all know that bull its because they dont know how to fix it, so your home that took 100 hours to finish now has an unwanted house guest. Maps: The game is undeniably beautiful, it genuinely is amazing, but they need more resource concentration in different regions this will then enable more trade. The economy: Simply does not exist, there is no trade on a regular and organized scale, all resources are pretty much available everywhere with maybe 1 or 2 exceptions. Player count is amazingly low for a game of this type also which is spread across multiple servers. Overall: An amazingly beautiful game produced by very experienced devs from eve online, this was the draw, what ive found though is a game that in theory has immense promise but actually delivers very little in terms of game play, what we do have is both incredibly repetitive and stale, couple with a progression system that is brutally long and tedious. The devs do release content on a regular basis but this consists of reworks to systems that should have been in place at launch and not nearly a year or more into the release. The community itself knows the devs care about the game, but the release of actual content is so slow its glacial, and im sorry new flowers or a water fountain do not count as new content from any angle.
Game looks amazing and sadly that's all the game has going for it. The amount of grinding to do anything is just to much. The crafting could be so much better but its not. If the Devs would add in a feature to craft from any chest in your base like most other games have or modders add into games when devs don't add it in it would make crafting 100X better. The plots are to small forcing you to have to buy more plots. Oh and if you happen to want to take a break from the game for a couple months and then come back if you didn't keep paying for your plots while you were gone they are gone along with everything you had. The game will probably be dead in under a year so don't waste money on this and look for a different game.
A critical analysis of the future logic of resource and biome progression that Pax Dei will implement, presented in a satirical format: «Hello, Intern. I'm AIPax, the new Vibe Coding tool implemented by Mainframe for the game Pax Dei. Welcome to the Wrought Iron Node Troubleshooting Guide for Dummies. Let's begin: * Why is this error occurring? Before we delve into the details, remember to revert the mining nodes to their state before reporting this error. Once you've done that, I'll provide some basic logic to help you understand the problem. Have you noticed how the world is configured according to game progression, and how in your eagerness to please the small community that still has faith in you, you're throwing away what little common sense you have left? A new player starts in the central valleys where the Petra Dei are located. For their progression, they will have access to tier 0 to 1 resources. It's foolish for them to find iron wrought nodes in the central valleys since they don't yet have the skill or the ability to craft the necessary tools to mine them. The same applies to mining nodes outside the central valleys. A player who already has the tools to mine wrought iron is driven to explore for wrought iron nodes. Imagine their frustration when, after traveling for half an hour, instead of finding wrought iron nodes, they only find tin, copper, and impure iron nodes. They then think that at least in the large quarries they'll find wrought iron, but no, in the large quarries they now only find tin, copper, and impure iron. * How do you fix this bug? Your previous colleague (the one who programmed these mechanics and was fired to cut costs) probably used a progression scheme based on biomes with different difficulty tiers and their respective resources. Plots can't be placed in biomes outside the central valleys, so players don't live there. Therefore, they should only contain the resources that players would go there for to continue their progression. They don't need redundant low-tier resources that only serve to clutter the server and consume resources. A player with a tier 2 tool isn't out in the Pales, outside their central valley, dodging bears and other dangerous NPCs to mine tin, copper, or impure iron (tier 1 resources). They're there to search for tier 2 resources that aren't found near their plot. This is called a "system to promote expeditions" or simply "expeditions." Modern MMORPGs use it extensively to encourage players to move around and interact with the world outside their comfort zones. So, all you need to do is regain your common sense and respect the resource tiers in the different biomes where plots can't be placed. One exception to all this is Lyonesse. There, they've hit the nail on the head by providing clans with everything they need to stay in the area as long as they want and not forcing them to abandon it for trivial reasons, like having to search for exclusive resources on other maps. * This concludes the beginner's guide on how to fix the wrought iron node error. The entire Pax Dei community has high hopes for you, so keep your spirits up, I know you can do it! By the way, would you like me to explain how to increase your users' subscriptions by implementing premium fast travel to the plots?» I would like to alert the community that the developers of this game are suffering from a severe case of "cognitive dissonance" (ask an AI or search the concept online if you don't understand). Anything that contradicts their utopian unreality is covertly censored from their Discord channel (as happened when this review was published, it was deleted immediately). Only positive or moderately critical feedback is tolerated on their channels (though the latter is completely ignored).
I know this game is rough around the edges and needs a lot more work and polish. I also know updates can be slow and communication lacking at times. However, if you enjoy gathering, crafting and exploring like I do there is plenty to do in a beautiful world to keep you busy for a long time. I do recommend you enjoy very, very grindy games though as this one is certainly that.
