Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.43/day in the week to Sep 2 → 3.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Retro Arcade-style Rally Racing in repurposed Parking Garages in big cities across the USA
The “Parking Garage Rally Circuit” tour comes into a city, selects a parking garage, and temporarily turns it into an exciting rally course for a week-long competition. Each track in the game is styled as a unique parking garage that has been turned into a race course.
This is a hybrid of Rally and circuit racing. From rally it draws the jumps and “one racer at a time against the clock” time-trial format. However, the tracks are similar to circuit racing, with each race consisting of multiple laps around the same track (the track may change slightly from lap to lap, however) Controls are very tight, simple and arcadey, similar to Mario Kart (accelerate, reverse, steer, drift), but with a bit more dynamic “smash into things” physics.
After beating the gold trophy for a course, ghosts from other players just barely ahead of you on the leaderboard are automatically downloaded to race against, getting you into that "just one more" flow as you chase down rivals. Limiting the auto-download rivals to Steam friends only is also an option.
Create or join a lobby of up to 8 players for realtime peer-to-peer non-contact racing!
Connect some controllers and relive the glory days of split-screen multiplayer for 2-4 players with contact and non-contact options.

Designed to look and feel like a long lost Sega Saturn game that could have been released in ~1998. This includes low-resolution, low-poly, chunky textures of course, but also extends to the audio, simple interface, and streamlined game scope. Oh, and CHEAT CODES too!
Sums Steam only; Nintendo publishes no volume signal, so the true total is higher by an unknown amount.

Have you ever wanted the cracked-out drifting mechanics from Crash Nitro Kart to be their own game? Do you miss the ludicrous speeds of Zone stages in Wipeout? Not waggling your control stick enough in Trackmania? Do you have any taste in music? At all? If you said yes to any of that, perfect, buy Parking Garage Rally Circuit right now. If not… buy it anyway. You’re in for a treat. I will start by saying that the scope of Parking Garage Rally Circuit is highly limited compared to most modern racing fare; three cars
(sort of)
, eight tracks
(well, nine)
, one mode — time trial — with multiplayer options. But it’s like you’re going to be hurting for variety, as the game is so well-designed and razor focused that it held my interest from the first press of the pedal on the Tatsugi Zippi, to tumbling the Alta Forte-Z across the finish line on Liberty Island for that final gold trophy. The drifting mechanics are incredibly simple; you hold handbrake until your tires spark blue, then release for a speed boost. It’s instantly satisfying, with slavish devotion to your every input. But the real game is chaining blue boosts over and over to increase your top speed far beyond your vehicle’s default limit; it’s not uncommon for you to be traveling at double or even triple your car’s base speed by the second lap, and each class from Light, Heavy, and Ultra drastically raises your car’s base speed. It’s manageable enough in Light and Heavy, but when you reach Ultra your car grows terrifying as you whip through tiny little parking garages like a metropolitan Colin McRae. Losing that speed, whether by failing to drift properly or eating a wall, is a concussive blow; you’ll practically launch forward in your seat. It’s awesome. And don’t let the benign premise of a parking garage fool you — the tracks are great! I would say that the blackout in New Orleans left a bit of an off taste in my mouth, though that’s mostly a skill issue on my part. Everything else is rock solid; even the little Learning Lot is fun to whip around in, to say nothing of the insanity that is Liberty Island capping off the main campaign. I will note that the Ultra class feels just a bit too fast for these tighter courses; coupled with the dimensions of the Alta Forte-Z, flashes of frustration with errant collisions become much more frequent. Not to mention, Ultra is when the quirks of the physics engine start to become apparent; if even one wheel leaves the ground a smidge too fast such that the game doesn’t feel like letting it stick, say goodbye to your run as your legally distinct MG Metro pirouettes through the air. Ironically, Ultra is also is when the game is at its best; the screaming ska soundtrack pairs perfectly with the utterly insane speeds you’ll be hitting, and despite my frustrations, PGRC it really nails that “just one more try” edge that a good time trial should. The instant restarts are appreciated, as well. Why can’t more games with time trials like these let me restart on a dime? I can’t believe I went this far without doting upon the soundtrack — it is some of the finest ska-punk you’ll ever listen to. If you have never graced your ears with a brass section going to war with a rock band, The Holophonics have put together a fantastic setlist that fits PGRC to a T. I cannot think of a single bad track in this game; from the breezy and cheesy Another Level (San Francisco) to the driving finale of Victory Lap (New York) and everything in between. Even if you’re still not sold on the game, PLEASE go listen to the soundtrack, they absolutely nailed it. I cannot recommend Parking Garage Rally Circuit enough. If you’re already a fan of arcade racing games, or racing games in general, you should already have this thing in your cart. But if you’re still apprehensive, give the game a chance to grow on you; at least try to get gold on some tracks. You might even like it.

In short: Trackmania meets Mario kart. Very fun title, I recommend!
chain drifting over to wawa for hoagiefest
On controller, excellent gameplay.
everytime i think about play this game is like god is sending me his angels from the sky to touch my body and tell me how to make the world peaceful this game is so good that if i get lost in an island and couldnt contact anyone, this game would be my choice to take with me this is how good this game is
the game is fine and the visual style is amazing but I can't recommend it. it lacks content and sometimes the physics breaks, especially on jumps and collisions. I know it costs 8,99 but I was expecting some more content.
Good fun would recommend
it's like if crazy taxi was a racing game and i love it, 10/10 play this all the time.
A very fun arcade style racer. The drifting mechanics are also amazingly unique compared to most racers, where instead of just getting a boost, you can chain them infinitely to keep going faster. Now unfortunately, eventually you may end up too fast to control but that actually balances it out. The lack of invisible walls is both a blessing and a curse in this regard as well, you could take insane shortcuts or throw yourself off the map. Leaderboards are fun to face off on, and it also comes with splitscreen and online multiplayer. My only complaint being that there's no way to turn of the 30 second timer after someone wins the race to force others to catch up.
Pretty fun arcade drift racing game
