Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.29/day in the week to Aug 29 → 0.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Developed and published by Beshbarmak games, Paranormal Torment is a first-person psychological horror title that embraces a minimalist design while delivering an unsettling and emotionally charged experience. Rather than relying on elaborate combat systems or expansive environments, the game confines players to a seemingly ordinary corridor that becomes increasingly disturbing with every repeated journey. This looping structure forms the backbone of the experience, gradually revealing a tragic story through subtle environmental changes and carefully placed narrative clues. Inspired by classic psychological horror, the game focuses on building suspense through atmosphere and mystery instead of overwhelming players with constant action. The greatest strength of Paranormal Torment lies in its ability to transform a familiar setting into a place filled with dread. Each pass through the corridor introduces new visual details, altered objects, and unexpected events that encourage players to examine every corner with care. The gradual evolution of the environment keeps the repetitive setting from becoming stale, as every completed loop offers another piece of the larger puzzle. The horror unfolds at a measured pace, allowing tension to accumulate naturally while maintaining an unpredictable sense of danger. Although jump scares are present, they are used to reinforce the psychological pressure rather than becoming the game's primary source of fear. The visual presentation effectively supports the game's unsettling atmosphere. Detailed environments, realistic lighting, and convincing interior design create the impression of an ordinary location slowly descending into something far more sinister. Small environmental alterations become especially impactful because players grow familiar with the surroundings, making every unexpected change feel significant. The developer also notes that some decorative paintings and photographs incorporate AI-generated artwork, but these elements remain minor details within an otherwise cohesive artistic vision. The game's restrained use of visual effects ultimately serves the narrative, allowing players to focus on subtle storytelling rather than excessive spectacle. Audio design is another standout feature that greatly enhances immersion. Every distant knock, creaking floorboard, whisper, and unexplained noise contributes to a constant feeling of unease. The game often allows silence to linger, creating moments where players anticipate danger even when nothing immediately happens. This careful balance between ambient sound and sudden audio cues strengthens the psychological horror, ensuring that tension persists throughout the experience. Playing with headphones significantly amplifies the effectiveness of the soundscape, making even the quietest moments feel unsettling. Gameplay is intentionally simple, centering on exploration, observation, and light environmental puzzle-solving. The puzzles are accessible without feeling overly simplistic, allowing the story to progress at a steady pace without interrupting the immersion. Rather than presenting difficult challenges, the mechanics encourage players to carefully study their surroundings and notice subtle differences between loops. This straightforward design complements the game's relatively short runtime, preventing the central concept from becoming repetitive while ensuring that each discovery continues to feel rewarding until the conclusion. The narrative explores themes of grief, regret, trauma, and the lingering consequences of past decisions. Instead of delivering lengthy exposition, the story unfolds through environmental storytelling, allowing players to gradually assemble the truth from scattered clues. The recurring appearances of a young boy and the haunting supernatural events carry emotional significance beyond their frightening presentation, giving the horror a deeper purpose. While the overall premise follows familiar psychological horror conventions, the emotional focus helps the story leave a lasting impression once the mystery has been fully revealed. Paranormal Torment succeeds by committing to a focused vision instead of trying to offer every feature expected from modern horror games. It delivers an atmospheric and emotionally engaging experience that values suspense, environmental storytelling, and psychological tension above action or complex mechanics. Players seeking a concise horror adventure built around exploration and narrative will likely find it memorable, while those hoping for extensive gameplay systems or significant replay value may find its scope somewhat limited. Even so, its polished presentation, effective pacing, and compelling atmosphere make it a worthwhile journey for fans of psychological horror. Rating: 7/10

Really enjoyed this one. Some jumpscares were ok, but some got me good. Here’s my gameplay: The PSYCHOLOGICAL HORROR Game That Will Keep You Up at Night https://youtu.be/iB5IOtQpwo4
Lots of good jump scares, short but good
