Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.14/day in the week to Aug 16 → 0.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Absolument magnifique !

The visuals are stunning and you can tell how much care and effort went into the creation of this game! However, walking is extremely slow, and the puzzles seem a bit like you're trying to read the devs' mind. Sometimes even with the hints the solution is very slowly going back and forth and undoing what you very slowly just did...
一个有趣的小故事,流程不算很长,解密都不算太难,只是有的地方不看提示还真有点想不到
Papetura is wonderful, weird, and whimsical. It's one of those pieces of media where the unique presentation immediately demands one's attention. The entire world is constructed from paper (literally - someone actually origamied the ♥♥♥♥♥ out of a bunch of paper to create this!), with every environment, creature, structure, and tiny little detail painstakingly crafted by human hand (that's right, humans still make creative things with their hands. shocking, i know). The lighting, animation, and sound design only enhance the effect, giving everything a wonderfully tactile, visceral quality that aids the stop-motion animation utilized for the game's cinematics and animation. What delighted me the most, however, was how bleeding effective the narrative is despite being completely wordless, lacking dialogue, UI, or instruction (a bold move to be sure). Usually the lack of accesibility features or any kind of meaningful "onboarding"/tutorial would've soured the entire experience for me. Luckily, the gameplay and puzzles are straightforward enough that even the least intuitive of genX-gamers (e.g. Yours Truly) can figure it out. There’s no lengthy exposition or environmental pieces of in-universe worldbuilding in the form of all-too-convenient newspaper clippings and video cassettes. Instead, Papetura communicates through animation and thought/dialogue bubbles consisting entirely of ideography, environmental storytelling, an organic soundscape (not quite music, per se), and the expressive little ecosystem that comprises this charmingly bizarre little world. Sometimes less is truly more. Papetura is essentially a short, slow-paced point-and-click adventure with relatively simple puzzles and interactions. And in this particular case, I believe that brevity works heavily in its favor. The entire experience can be comfortably completed in a single sitting (don't gauge it by my playtime, it'll take the average player 0.75-1.5hrs), and by the time the mechanics or leisurely pace might otherwise begin to become -*shudders*- tedious, the credits are already rolling. Rather than feeling like an experience artificially stretched to justify a longer runtime, Papetura is a perfectly bite-sized morsel which accomplishes the goals it sets for itself and then some. Ultimately, Papetura feels less like a traditional video game and more like a cross between an interactive papercraft diorama interspliced with a series of stop-motion shorts. It’s certainly not going to satisfy anyone looking for complex puzzles, heavy worldbuilding, or deep gameplay mechanics, but that’s not really why I’d play it nor why i would recommend it. I’d recommend it because it stands apart as something new and different. It’s beautiful, charming, heartwarming even, and unlike pretty much everything else that one is likely to play. Despite being a brief experience, it's one that leaves an impression.
Paper dreams ignite Small flames chase away the dark Hope folds into light
★★★★☆ – PLAYSTYLE ★★★★★ – ART ★★★★☆ – MUSIC/SOUNDS ★★★★★ – DOABLE ACHIEVEMENTS Papetura is a cute and short game where you are trying to stop your houses from being burned down. It took me about 1.5 hours to complete—perfect if you're looking for a brief point-and-click experience with stunning art. I’m personally really fond of games with unique art styles, so this game—with a handmade paper artstyle—was something I definitely wanted to try. The sound design and music fit the game nicely without overwhelming the visuals. The “making of” videos on Steam are also very interesting to watch if you enjoyed the art. For my fellow achievement hunters, this game is ideal! All achievements unlock naturally while playing through the story, nothing is missable. If you get stuck, there’s also an in-game hint system, so there’s no need to look up guides in advance. Overall, Papetura delivers a short but charming point-and-click experience with beautiful visuals. I recommend it to anyone looking for something artistic to play.
