Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.14/day in the week to Sep 3 → 1/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

COME COME!
TLDR It is serviceable but skippable game. I hated this game as a kid and didn't remember why. I decided to buy this along with world 2 repac (which I haven't played yet as of writing) because I was very fond of world 2 and figured I would give world 1 a retry as an adult. Essentially I could see the issues. Throughout the levels there are these fruit gated doors that to open you have to have the corresponding fruit. This often involves going forward and then briefly backtracking several times in a level breaking up the pace without really adding any challenge. Secondly there are some awkward platforming elements. Any time you go up to a ramp and need to rev roll across a gap you better pray to the rng gods that they will smile upon you. Also not really enthused about the mario 2 style end of level roulette. I think the biggest issue was at the time there were just so many other platformers, collectathons, and platforming collectathons I would simply rather play than this. Like Gex or Klonoa or Yoshi Story. I have since played worse things... and have determined this game isn't bad, just a bit flawed. Also if that screen crunch was in the original, they could have zoomed out a little bit more for the remake I mean come on.

Pros: -Levels are simple A-to-Bs like like bu they are well made with a good difficulty curve. -Pac-Man is pretty good to control with rev-roll to get some speed, a butt bounce for extra height and a small hover to get yourself out of a bad jump. Only complaint is that the safety hover should be the same button as the jump instead of the butt-bounce. -The bosses are good but the only time the gameplay changes is during two of them. One is a reference to Galaga which makes sense but the other is a race. I thought it was going to be an annoying roadblock but the driving isn't bad at all and the course isn't that hard to navigate. Good boss race. -There are mini maze levels you can find in the levels which are decent. They can get boring after a while but they are only about 1-2 minutes long. Neutral: -I haven't played the original Pac-Man World but I have seen the opening and I'm disappointed they didn't have the Pac-Family get kidnapped by the bosses. Instead it's just the classic four ghost. -There is some backtracking in this game. Not so much haven't to do levels again with new powers, but in the levels themselves. There's a key system using the fruit and the doors for each key is usual in the previous room. It's not the worst but the tedium can build up after a while. Cons: - The Rev-Roll is kind of broken. There are ramps you need to rev to get across but it feels like I undershoot my target more often then not. It's also not a helpful attack as you're more likely to get attack by an enemy and a butt-bounce is easier to use. -Got a black screen crash after the final boss so I had to fight him again for the achievement. 7/10
simple game, very cute and easy. for a remake, it was a good start. I played this after pacman world 2 repac, so I missed a few features, but nothing that made the game bad for me. however, the soundtrack is rather repetitive and it gets boring with time. the rev roll also doesn't work the way it should, at least on ramps. sometimes you go over the obstacle, sometimes you don't, and fall for your demise, losing a life for nothing. if that was deliberate so you lose a few lives before the bosses, that's very despicable
Enjoyable. However, I hate being forced into the slot mini game after every level. It disrupts the flow of the game for me as I just want to play the levels continuously.
An incredibly fun game with around 10 hours of content; easily enjoyable for any experienced or newcoming platformer fans alike! There are six worlds with four levels each--except for Ruins's three levels for some reason. The final level in each world consist of a boss battle with their own fun and, at times, lengthy combat or minigame. Levels last some minutes, have various checkpoints, and often require (at least for 100% completion) brief yet constant backtracking for collectables. Although levels are linear, they each provide branching paths and small areas to enable fun exploration! The game promotes a score mechanic for its levels, where actions such as collecting fruits, defeating enemies, and picking up pellet bits contribute to a final high score. While eventually needed for 100%, ramping up score is a fun incentive to replay or fully complete levels! In terms of movement, Pac-Man feels polished, responsive, and satisfying to control. Fluttering allows for cautious platforming when needed, yet can also lead to some exciting speedrun moments when combined with the quick-traveling rev-up roll! I just wished that Pac-Man kept the momentum gained during rev-up (although that could have been too busted). Returning back to the level design, there admittedly are some flawed elements. Obstacles and platform segments can occasionally feel inconsistently odd, such as revving up ramps or invisible wall placements. For example, sometimes revving some distance away from a ramp leads to lack of momentum to cross gaps, causing Pac-Man to fall down to his death. Other times, revving right near a ramp ends up being too close and disables Pac-Man from building up enough vertical mobility, failing to gain enough height. There are health refills and Pac Lives placed throughout each level to aid Pac-Man overcome challenges. However, usually, these are questionably placed to where it would likely lead to more trouble (taking damage, lose a life, or subtract some progress) than what is worth gaining. The Power Pellet and Maze segments are fun ideas for implementing some gameplay elements from the original arcade games. Though I will admit that the former will quickly feel barebones and unnecessary outside of high scores; eating the ghosts isn't all that thrilling. Meanwhile, the latter/Mazes are a bit slower-paced than preferred, especially due to the beautiful animations slowing down gameplay. Oh, but I must and will gladly touch furthermore on the beautiful visuals of this game, because the remaster is brimming with them! The models for every character are well-made, level environments leave the player in awing admiration for the world around them, and the cutscenes--either for the story or boss sequences--are captivating to watch. The graphics and animations are pleasurable without requiring the player to own the latest/expensive hardware to run the game well. For my first time playing a Pac-Man World game, I greatly enjoyed my short-lived journey with this entry. I felt hesitate to try the series out at first since I've heard some critically rough reviews for the original first game. Fortunately, thanks to the original's fun foundation and the remaster's polish, the turned out a joy to delight on! I look forward to trying out the remastered sequel and perhaps a potential remaster for the 3rd installment as well!
Pretty fun but get it cheap!
