Wow. Highly recommended. Awesome game. Loads of fun so far. Really enjoyed the demo as well, and the game is even better!
The love put into crafting this game is very evident: gorgeous to look at, full of character, and engaging gameplay. Good job team Moss Monkey on your debut game!
Very fun game! The controls are easy to get used to, and the shade building mechanic has been really fun to learn. The interactions the shade buildings have together are my favourite part (I love barraging enemies by throwing bombs through the air from ramps). Music and story are super good, art is incredible, and the level design is clearly laid out and easy to follow. I was worried my computer might have some issues because of having an Intel graphics card, but I've had no major issues so far besides some stuttering every now and again, usually when a lot of collectibles are on screen at once. Overall solid experience!!

Outclaw is a super charming whimsical little game. The characters are super cute and is funny to order them around with their little hats you can give them :3
a really cute and stylised take on a puzzle solving/adventure game - highly recommended :3
To start, I don’t believe that a single one of these reviews are organic support. After playing it for 10 minutes, either they’re playing a different game, or there are shenanigans afoot. The game is a buggy mess with terrible performance. Additionally, controller support was perfect in the demo, but is completely broken for the final release. Did the devs upload the wrong game file? It could be great, as I loved the demo…. But the release build is a bit of a disaster.
I've been waiting for this game for so long - and it was absolutely worth the wait! The team behind this are the best of the best - and they've really rekindled a lot of the memories I have of playing Super Mario Galaxy when I was a kid. I hold that to be one of my top 10 best games of all time, so take that as you will. The combat system is simple yet punchy, you feel the action - and there are different approaches to it if you're smart enough for it - I personally have developed a system of guided Shade artillery to swat my foes from afar. The 500 kiloton Shade Bomb is very funny. I'm about halfway through and I'm probably going to finish it tonight, if all goes well. Go - do crimes! ---- As a minor note for those playing - there are a couple of frame drops here and there, but they haven't occurred at any critical moments - these mostly seem to be linked to big updates to the Hub world as it loads in new particles... also the rewards you get for a certain mission. Really though - aside from that - I haven't found fault with it so far!
this game is so fun! the shades, npc and level designs are all so cute and you can tell that the devs put a lot of love and effort into making this. as someone that doesn't usually play platformers, the little guys drew me in and i'm really attached to them! i really really recommend this game ! <3
Super cute game and you get to play as a magical cat! What's not not love? Gorgeous levels with lots of exploration and secrets to find. Loving it!
I’ve been searching for a game to scratch my cozy, gleeful puzzle-solving itch for months now, and Outclaw has finally done it! The game design and music alone make this one of my top 10, but the level design, coziness, and overall beauty of the game have made it such a fun experience. “Fun” gets thrown around constantly when describing games. Games are designed to be engaging. But there are few titles that have brought me such unbridled joy and whimsy as this one. I’m cherishing every second. The customisation and collecting alone make me want to spend hours scrounging every corner of every level, but the story and NPCs are so engaging (Hughie my goat) that I’m always desperate to see where Giblet goes next! Platformers and 3D puzzle games were all I played when I was a kid, and being able to relive that kind of engagement while listening to the calmest, catchiest music has been the perfect way to relax after work and studying. I don’t know what else to say. It’s simply da game of all time! I’m going to try to savour as much of this game as I can, but I can’t step away from my computer, it’s so fun. 10/10, would recommend to anyone who asked.
