Its been an absolute joy building Orb of Creation. It embodies almost everything I love about video games: discovery, adventure, exploration... Its truly a blessing there is a medium in which I can express myself so well. If you are a fan of incremental games, give this a try. It won't disappoint.

Ouch. Those negative reviews are not fair. This game is one of the best active incremental out there. There is not much competition. I can only assume the negative reviews are from passionate fans who have been disappointed not in the total quality of the game but in some small aspect in other.
It's quite addictive. There are lots of ways to increase your power and I had fun discovering and engaging with them. Start was slow, but after getting enough permanent upgrades I can complete a whole run in around an hour now. My one issue with the game is that as you gain power, things start to break very early: - when numbers get too big, resource number display gets broken and you are no longer able to use said resource to purchase stuff until you reset - game gets very laggy - with some investment in speed, spells cannot be cast anymore (spell gets stuck in cooldown animation). This blocks you from purchasing upgrades too for some reason, reaquiring you to start a new run to unblock everything - scribe window gets insanely laggy - mana pool stops increasing. - sound echoes I'd love to play it more, but I see little reason to farm more permanent upgrades, knowing I wont be able to use their power anyway. Still, I had lots of fun with this game up until this point, so it's definitely a thumbs up.

It's a bit slow at the beggining, but overall is very fun
I click on stuff, so I can click on more stuff, isn't this the essence of the computer game?
Number go up with some thinking involved
orb 👍
Fun incremental game.
Early thoughts so far- Playing this game feels like tinkering with an open-world puzzle game: so many paths of progression, and even more options in how you mechanically overcome the obstacles preventing or slowing your advancement. Fun game! Unique and content rich.
Сперва кликаешь на 1 фоне потом на другом и так кучу раз. Прогрессия ОООООООООООчень затянута
If you like incremental games, but are looking for a bit more of a challenge, this is the one you've been waiting for! Watch numbers go up. Click things. Make numbers go up faster and higher. Repeat across a bunch of inter-related systems until the end. While I really like incremental games, calling this exclusively an incremental game would be doing it a disservice, because it has something more with puzzle-like complexity that will keep you progressing quickly when you make good / informed decisions. Or turn your brain off and click like a zombie and see what happens. Hands down the best incremental I've played; plenty of "number go up", brain power optional (but quite advantageous) and what looks like plenty of replayability with a challenges and prestige system (I'm just starting my second playthrough.)
