If you like bullet-hell games that are ALSO frustrating, slow grinders, this is the game for you. Glad someone made a game you'll like. For the rest of us, well... it was cheap, so I don't feel like I got ripped off, but this game is not enjoyable. Maybe if I still had a teenager's reflexes it would be better, dunno.
First game that actively ragebaits the player without even trying to in its design. So many upgrades leave enemies on 1hp. Enemies can shoot through tiles just to make sure that the game can spawn them far out of the way but they'll still be issues for you. Game forces you to farm to get enough dps to even beat some levels because of the arbitrary timer. Speaking of farming it's agonizingly slow considering how simplistic the gameplay is, getting 1-2 upgrades per run when all I do is farm either enemies or blocks is not a good pace. Plus actually farming blocks feels AWFUL, they're tankier than the enemies themselves and you have to trod your slow ship all the way over to each drop to pick it up. The powerups are extremely underwhelming, most of them last such a short period of time they're not worth the effort of grabbing. Chain lightning barely tickles anything, and getting one extra bullet for 4-5 volleys isn't exactly amazing. The shield is useful but it's not exactly exciting. It's so... bad? It's like SHOCKINGLY bad considering the same devs made A Game About Feeding A Black Hole. It's like they wanted to make that game more interactive but didn't understand you can't port over the same ideas 1:1 when you add combat. I'm PRAYING they smooth this out because I see the ideas here but right now it's just not fun lol. Don't get it for $3 let alone $5. Edit: That's it? The difficulty curve is almost inverted, one of the middle level bosses (don't remember the exact number but it sits in the middle and spews bullets without moving) could not be dps'd down fast enough without buying more time upgrades and yet the final boss dies without needing any upgrades after level 8? Really disappointed but only because they already made a much better game, otherwise I'd be much less critical.

as other people said in their reviews, yes its quite slow in progressing and stuff, but its also very easy to 100% lol though i got it for under 3 euros in a bundle, and its original price being 5 euros i would only recommend it IF its in a sale like currently, otherwise no i would not recommend it. even if you like bullet hell games, something like this for 5 is not worth, but for 3 u can think abt it if you wanna drop that kind of money but i personally recommend for 2 to 3 euros, higher absolutely not.
Poorly balanced and boring progression. Skip this one.
While the bullet part is a fun approach for incremental game, the incremental part is severely underbaked, and the game is overall far too short even at this price. Upgrades are extremely boring, especially coming from the studio behind "feeding a balck hole", very few and overall not really rewarding. There is some hints here and there of a larger potential, like the boss tech tree that can be refunded to try new strategy, but again it's very underbaked. Bought at a discount, so for a 3€ bullet hell game it's acceptable, but not for its base price
Gave it go and ultimately decided that this game is not it I'm afraid, progression often feels stilted such as when the timer is the only thing keeping you from defeating a boss battle, and the overall feel still feels lackluster to me despite what appears to be a good amount of polish put into this.
The Game is pretty good and I think it deserves a Thumb up. The Gameplay is good and especially the bosses are very challenging. I like it. But I think it misses something. More weapons/ shooting styles eg. A Sniper Upgrade, or Shotgun and so much more would be so great. And give us more gamemodes, maybe a rogue like? And this game has so much potential for an multiplayer mode! Pls give us a multiplayer mode! 😊
Get BALL X PIT instead.
fine low effort game for 3 bucks. 90 minute very simple and easy incremental bullet hell. Idk why the reviews are negative
