Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Great game
I had fun
The UI might not be up to date compared to modern standards, but the gameplay is familiar for us who have grown up playing F1 manager games from GPM to GPW. I just hope there will be many updates still.
Excellent game with easily implemented mod support. If you liked Grand Prix Manager or Grand Prix World you should enjoy this game, it feels like a spiritual successor!

OWM2 is definitely not perfect but it captures some essential features better than any other motorsport management game, and I've been playing the games in this genre since Grand Prix Manager (1995). The thing is that the developers have managed to catch the balance of resources (money, development points, design points etc.). For example, I started with Tyrrell in the 1995 mod and it took almost three seasons to score first points and the first win came in season 5. Also, it took 10 seasons before I won the first driver's championship, and only in my 13th season I won the first double championship. This very realistic feeling development curve was due to the aforementioned balance of resources. Even if I didn't have money issues basically at any point, it took improvement of reputation to get great staff and drivers to the team. The reputation system is great because it measures long-term performance and so even my team was already performing better than some of the top-4 teams ("Top Teams" with more resources and better sponsors), it took still some 2-3 years to jump ahead of one the "Top Teams" in reputation and get access to the perks. However, this was not still enough, as I still needed to improve especially the factory to have enough resource points to keep my cars in good condition throughout the season. I needed to take financial risks by taking loans and investing my own money (the manager get salary and dividends from your own and possible other teams as well) to be able improve my factory fast enough (otherwise it would have taken 2-4 years per development level instead of 1-2 years with risk taking). I knew better factory was the final step in order to enter the big boys league and it paid off, but took very many years to raise the factory level from 2 to 5. And finally, when every single piece got together (like in real F1), my team was able to beat all the other teams in both, drivers and manufacturers championship. It remains to be seen whether this is the starting point of Tyrrell's dominance but the main thing was the very satisfying trip to this point that also felt realistic. However, it's good to notice that the season after my team's first driver's championship in season 10, we we're second with only two wins because the car design failed compared to previous year's car. So I can highly recommend the game, and even though it's not perfect, it's already the best motorsport management game I have ever played and the best thing is that the developers are going to keep on developing it and adding new features.
Michael Krombacher. In the lead! I was hoping to love this game after enjoying MM and F1M games previously. Unfortunately it's a bit of a lite version in all regards. I wasn't expecting top end visuals but the management elements are a little basic. Signing contracts is a lottery at best. I lost all my good staff without really understanding the reasons. On the other hand the best engine supplier rejected my offer, but I was still able to sign them for some reason. Financials don't make sense either. I had no idea how to balance the books. Lost 100m in my first season. Hoping there might be some reward at the end of the season like in MM, but which never came. When I figured out how most of the mechanics worked there's sadly not much depth to the game. It's very easy to completely ruin the next year's car as you have no idea when to begin development. I was sitting with a calculator trying to work out how many weeks were left in the year and still somehow got it wrong. Maybe the game would be more enjoyable with a reworked UI and development mechanics. The help icon is terrible, the pop up is often hidden behind the screen it's trying to explain. The help button then disappears once clicked so if you miss the information it's then gone. On the upside the janky commentary was hilarious for about 5 minutes.
