Very realistic Verstappen wins every race
Good improvement from the first iteration of F1 Manager, yet one simple fact remains - why not update the initial $60 F1 Manager Game? Yearly re-releases that could easily be game updates are ruining video games - particularly sporting-based games.

Let me tell you about this game. You start off all excited, thinking you're going to be the next Toto Wolff or Christian Horner, managing your own Formula 1 team. But then reality hits you like a wet sponge to the face. Your drivers have the consistency of a squirrel on a caffeine rush, your pit crew is slower than a tortoise on tranquilizers, and your car upgrades cost more than a divorce settlement. And don't even get me started on the weather. One minute it's sunny, the next it's raining cats and dogs, and suddenly your carefully crafted race strategy goes out the window faster than Lewis Hamilton on a hot lap. But hey, it's not all bad. Watching your rival teams mess up their pit stops is more entertaining than a comedy show, and there's a strange satisfaction in seeing your drivers overtake their rivals like they're late for a sale at the Ferrari store. So, if you're looking for a game that's equal parts frustration and fun, where you can live out your F1 fantasies while simultaneously questioning your life choices, then F1 Manager 23 is the game for you. Just don't blame me when you find yourself screaming at your phone like a deranged lunatic during the Monaco Grand Prix.
Stroll crashed in the second GP of the season. 10/10, very realistic
This game has a very nice and "TV style" livery, with all you might expect if you are a newbie in management games and after watching F1 on tv you want to "play the team principal". In itself it's fun, you have some kind of depth and overall looks fine. The problem is under the hood there is not much and you notice some patterns are too "staged" to look organic: If you pick the McLaren, be aware in the real championship it had a terrible start, and that it's basically impossible to make it improve: at the same time, Aston Martin had a very good start that year and it's like a starship. There's a feeling like you're almost watching a show rather than actually making a difference as a Team Principal. Sure there are plenty of tweakings, but for example at the beginning of the season there is no new car design, you just find yourself designing new pieces for something appeared out of the blue. Same with sponsors and liveries, nothing changes. Collisions and accidents are super non-realistic too. I want to give a thumb up as a motivation, because this series could become something epic, but there are still many miles to go. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3347583145
Motorsport Manager is better in literally everything minus the graphics
Monaco in game is more interesting as in real life.
This game is so real I feel like I'm bringing a spoon to a gun fight
