Only One

Just like many other reviewers, I used to be a huge fan of this game about a decade ago. Couldn't finish all the levels back then due to my skill issue and some paywalled upgrades. I wasn't expecting some major updates to it, honestly. When I saw the steam page, I got very excited to play it again after many years, without its paid mobile elements. There are few new enemies which I don't remember in the original, some minor balance changes to enemies and abilities, which feel all fair to me, honestly. Grinding part was drastically decreased as well. At least I didn't get bored gaining enough power to get the necessary abilities. If you used to be a fan of this and wanted to simply revisit the game in it's pc port shape, this is a great opportunity. As for new people, you have to judge by yourself :P

Играл в Only One ещё в детстве на телефоне. Геймплей до сих пор затягивает. Концепция весьма интересная — борьба с полчищами врагов на верхушке гигантской колонны где-то над облаками. Выглядит круто. Из минусов пока только неудобное наведение некоторых способностей по клавишам и невозможность смены раскладки. Также имеется один критический баг: при использовании способности whirlwind есть вероятность лишения возможности атаковать противника по нажатию левой кнопки мыши. Искренне надеюсь на дальнейшее развитие данного проекта.

I'm loving this on steamdeck even MORE than on my phone. Great port great work by the developer! Will continue playing to unlock it all!
