At the time of my review I've been playing this game for 16 hours and that was within a 24 hour period! Its just a little addictive where just 5 minutes turns into several hours and bursting for the loo not whilst you tell yourself ... just one more mission ... just one. And whilst this truly is a good title - there is one major problem with it that takes from a 10 to a solid 8 all day long. Its your army's individual moral regardless to where you assign them trait positive or negative you cannot really control Moral. The games has various medical centres for sleep disorders, stress, physio and even the common cold but when it comes to PEP talk there is nothing.. you put up parks and entertainment centres that apparently deal with moral however it does nothing!!! the Tutorial advises that you have to manage their hours with the force to work and force to rest buttons.... Fine - low moral you give them some R&R....... NO! whilst it clears up the moral issue - a secondary issue then appears where you have to constantly tell them when to work and when to rest - they do not fall back in line and you cannot asign them to either day or night - which becomes a major ball ache.... Instead whenever I get low moral ... I simply fire their buttz and then do a recruitment campaign cause traits do not matter you basically train them into whatever you want. No worries about turning anyone away just take them on make them fill a hole and move on some you have to fire others will be with you from the get go. On the plus my drop out score (if there was ever a score) would be 0% by adopting zero tolerance easy replaceable attitude you can pretty much circumvent any staff related issue. And yes.... that also includes skiving - several times I've fired a cook for not being in the mess hall cooking when he or she should have been. If traits truly mattered the game would be impossible. as you will get way too many cooks and not a lot of anything else when you really need a nice healthy cross selection. Ultimately the Moral issue lets it done but I'd still recommend it and I am still having too much fun.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I was really looking forward to this game, but I couldn't get my Xbox controller to work at all. It is pretty frustrating since it has full controller support on consoles and Steam Deck, but apparently not for the standard PC version. I tried tweaking Steam settings and community layouts, but it was just too much of a headache and completely killed my motivation to play. It might be fine for mouse and keyboard players, but for my personal experience, it just wasn't worth the effort.
Gostei muito do jogo, com ótimas mecânicas de gestão e estratégia. Só pecou por não ter tradução em português do Brasil seria perfeito com isso! I really enjoyed the game, with great management and strategy mechanics. Its only flaw is the lack of a Brazilian Portuguese translation; it would be perfect with that!

Frankly once the pretty cartoon appeal is done with this game really has nothing to keep one interested at all. I've played for seven hours and there is nothing but a progressions of mind numbing building bonanza and watching the recruits in them. If you get control battles or missions this game could have been a classic. Don't hold your breathe on this one and call me cynical made the money for the next project.
"I finished the game in 6 hours, but I think the price is too high for a 6-hour game. It might be fun if multiplayer is added."
Better for younger gamers. I found it fun at first but lost interest after just couple playthroughs.
Great building and management game. Though it is small so don't expect a ton of hours.
7/10 Very much a military theme/two point hospital type game. It's fairly solid in what it does, but I can't say it really excels at anything. Much like the afore mention games, it's supposed to be humorous, but the bad writing makes it completely fail at that aspect. Probably would have better taking a more serious approach. The ugly female models complete with "the cut", don't help. There's a descent veriety of training regiments for recruits, though it does feel more like a special forces training camp, than boot camp. The campaign structure is a nice way to keep you going once you've built everything, and even if you send the best you have, casualties are always possible. So no relying on a small group of elites to carry the game. The game could have used more fleshing out, but being that as far as I know it's the only military theme hospital esc games, it's good enough.
I do like the game having just finished it. The people deserting you camp so easily needs sorting though as I spent a lot of the game just applying and removing forced rest. it seems a bit annoying people just go when the camp is doing so well. Otherwise a good little game, I wasn't so keen on the styling of the story characters but each to their own. It will keep you busy, good things to unlock and watch your camp take off.
