Very satisfying shooter / platformer and I have played hundreds. :)
Good game, very much reminds me of MegaMan. Only wish there was a Main Menu option while in the game and a start 'New Game' option in the home page.
I find OmegaBot as very chill experience and gameplay was very smoth even it is skills based and you find some tough challenges. I enjoyed nice art, music and generally immersive atmospehere.

The game's premise is pretty cool, being that you're a robot built to save the world from a mysterious plague that turns living beings into lifeless robots. And I love pixel-based 2D platformers like these. However, despite my sincere desire to enjoy this game, there are several factors that drag down the overall experience for me. - You can only have one save file, and you cannot start a new game unless you finish the current one or delete the .sav file yourself. - If you want to return to an earlier part of the game (let's say, if you missed a collectible), you cannot do that either, as there is no chapter select option. - The game also gets really difficult at times. You might die a lot due to challenging platforming, bosses with tricky attack patterns, or simply due to a lack of skill. - You might encounter bugs and glitches everywhere, such as the sides of the screen freezing when performing certain actions, sprites overlapping incorrectly, rain appearing inside buildings, etc. This is coming from someone who played Missing Banban (which is practically a re-skinned version of this game), so I knew what I was getting into. I got the game at a heavy discount (-92%), but it still isn't worth $10 in my opinion. For a first game project, it isn't terrible by any means, it just didn't leave a positive impression on me after completing it twice (which, by the way, the 100% achievement didn't work for me).
pretty fun and enjoyable little game so far. when you have some spare time give it a try
Very solid platformer shooter! Developer has a good sense of room layout and enemy animations which are important for keeping this type of game spicy yet fair. The first half is quite simple, then the second half brings the stamina management and recoil mechanics into focus. The map is most linear, with a few sneaky side paths for costume tokens / completionists.
I played 10 minutes...the design of cheap enemies, miss a jump and you miss an alternate route that you can't go back and retry without starting the level. In 10 minutes. Im just getting used to the mechanics and the starts to throw all this crap at you, no thanks.
Game is meh. The premise is cool, but the controls can feel slippery. Would recommend only getting game on sale (>50%).
Once upon a time in a far prosperous land when humans have mastered the craft of technology to create the most advantage things to make their lives easier, Until one day it comes, a plague that turns thousands upon thousands of people into machines. Four warriors tried to stop that plague, but all of them have fallen, turning them into machines too. You are Omega bot the last warrior, the ultimate hope to save the world. Omega bot Is an action platform game that reminds me of those classic games such as mega man franchise or earthworm jim games, but with something special that makes this game a different one, and that is a green battery bar that shows up to the screen, which is similar to the stamina bar in Dark Souls games, which means you need to be carefully when you are shooting at the enemies because Omega Bot gets tired and starts to walk so slowly. Also, you can buy some upgrades in a flying shop, such as health upgrades that increase your health bar or energy upgrades that increase your battery bar; additionally, you can buy some costumes that improve Omega Bot, like take less damage from the enemies or your battery bar recharge faster, and many others. Let's talk about boss fights; they're really tough, especially the last one, which is a living hell but not impossible to defeat it. Should I recommend this game? Of course, if you like 2D action platform games with medium-high difficulty, this one is for you, so buy it when you get the chance.
