Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.71/day in the week to Jul 30 → 2.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Definitely an acquired taste when it comes to games but if you manage to get into it it is quite a fun experience. The main goal of the game is to renovate your tenement building and get people to move in, but doing that doesn't come cheap so you better get to work collecting those bottles and bringing them to the receclying machine in O-Market. Also another key component of the game is the variety of different addictions you can have ranging from alcohol all the way to more exotic ones (although I won't spoil it here, if you know you know). You'll have to take care of them and hope your character doesn't kill himself because of the withdrawal symptomps. In general the plot is also quite intriguing but is incomplete as of writing this review, I imagine the upcoming Bazaar update will add a lot of story-related content as well. Performance could be better in some places, my performance seemingly tanks whenever I enter the Kolhola building, overall though it runs fine. I think I only had one crash in my 42 hours of play and I didn't lose any progress becaue of it. In conclusion, living in a Finnish slum has never been as fun as in this game, well worth the asking price "if you have the right kind of mental illness" as another gamer put it. If you are not quite sure about buying the game you could also watch some YouTube videos and/or wait for the Bazaar update as that will add a ton of new content to the game.

Kouvola simulator. You will learn the art of brewing proper kilju as a survival measure and how to bottlecollectmaxx for the beer money. There is a place like this in every sufficiently large town in every nordic country, this one just happens to be a fictional mixture of them all. Just without the good economy.
I'm poor. I'm so so poor. Need cigarettes.
went in expecting and hoping for something weird, janky, and unique but got an apartment management simulator instead
