Nova Drift distills the mechanical depth and strategy of an ARPG into classic arcade space combat. Control an endlessly evolving bio-mechanical ship, face legions of strange and deadly foes, and ride the wake of a dying star across the void.

It's real fun discovering all the ships n skills. But once you've beat the final boss a handful of times, you've done it all. roguelike galaga essentially, when i first got it i think i played it for 11 hours straight
It looks cool and satisfying to play, there's many synergies to try, but it got stale for me really fast. The same space with just hordes of enemies. There is variety to the enemies, but only a few are actually challenging. The game is easy even with all modifiers enabled. It's alright to kill time, but crazy repetitive. 7/10

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Yeah, I didn't spend a lot of time in this game. I hated the controls. Really hated them. Never have I been more turned off by a control scheme than this game. If this controlled like a twin-stick shooter, it would be infinitely more playable. I DID like the art style though. Kudos there.
Remember how tank.io was fun but kinda hurt your eyes to look at for awhile? This is tank.io but with the stacking upgrade depth of a proper roguelike game, and seriously gameplay changing perks of an ARPG. Excellent game, too bad there's no space whale. Probably the *perfect* Steam Deck game.
I play this game while listening to audiobooks. My issue with it is that after unlocking all of the upgrades there is still only one viable weapon choice if the player desires to reach level 140+ and that would be the missiles. Every other weapon however powerful is way too slow to be effective before RNG grants proper upgrades. Yes there are early choices that might mitigate this but they require the sacrifice of other upgrade choices and are at the mercy of RNG. A player may not see the upgrade they need in time for it to make a difference in a run.
Shoutouts to Aliensrock for getting me interested in this game back a few years ago. I bought it recently, and enjoyed every second of playing it.
Its a great roguelike, didn't expect something certered around the classic asteroid gameplay to be so entertaining. Fun summoner build (Huge plus!), theres even some Poe styled righteous fire which also pretty cool. Metaprogression is pretty much just playing more runs, i appreciate the straightforwardness Honestly its worth buying, some nice things to see here
Really fun. Get to shoot things in space with everything from lasers to swords. The only negative thing I can say about the game is that I suck at it.
Such a fun little survivor game. Cool skill based movement, physics and builds. Music slaps, visuals are clean. Underrated
