Nunca um jogo me fez sentir tão *aconchegada* dentro de um conto de inverno. ❄️✨ Por mais que a jogabilidade seja simples e algumas mecânicas sejam familiares, tem uma magia única que te envolve como um abraço quentinho de avó. Não é revolucionário? Talvez não, mas cada minutinho ali é pura poesia em movimento. A conexão entre a Nuna e sua raposinha é tão doce, tão pura, que até o coração mais gelado derrete. E a forma como o jogo entrelaça a cultura Iñupiat com puzzles e narrativa? É como se cada capítulo fosse uma historinha contada ao pé do fogo, cheia de sabedoria ancestral e aquela sensação gostosa de "uau, o mundo ainda tem coisas lindas pra ensinar". E não posso deixar de destacar os espíritos ajudantes! Cada um com seu charme, sua lição, sua gracinha... Parece que o jogo sussurra no seu ouvido: "Vem, que a gente te mostra algo especial". E mostra mesmo. É daqueles jogos que não só entretêm, mas aqueceram a alma. Se você quer uma experiência que seja fofa, emocionante e cheia de coração, Never Alone é como um chá quentinho em dia frio: simples, mas perfeito.

[/h1] Хотелось зайти расслабится, а в итоге получаешь хардкорный мини-рогалик, очень быстро и много нужно сделать, ну поскольку тут точки сейва на каждом шагу то это не столь напрягает, но 60% игры пытаешься понять "а что делать", к примеру в моменты схваток с врагами особенно путаешься, а потом думаешь "неужели всё так легко". В целом игра заняла 150 минут, пройдена на одном дыхании. ❌ Играя в кооперативе. Fantástico e belo, uma verdadeira aula de história sobre os costumes e vida do povo Iñupiat, em forma de jogo. Gráficos bem trabalhados, trilha imersiva e jogabilidade incrível. Recomendo vivamente.

Cool idea for a game, its like an interactive documentary with puzzle platforming. Nothing outstanding, and the characters would get bugged sometimes, but I had a fun few hours and learned about the Native people of Alaska.

Never Alone (Kisima Ingitchuna) is an older mobile app from 2014. It's a venerable 10 years old at the time of this review. It's an admittedly charming puzzle platformer that can be played either solo or co-op, and follows the story of an indigenous Alaskan child and a fox companion to stave off an eternal blizzard. Hope you like snow themed games. One important note is that even though this is an amateur project, it does seem to be sincerely and genuinely made. I couldn't find any flipped assets, plagiarism or any other kind of insincere actions from the developer, but unfortunately genuine intentions alone are not enough to produce a brilliant PC gaming experience. And that's what makes this a difficult review to write... when a game is both sincerely made and shows great potential, but somehow manages to miss the mark. Despite being a mobile app this comes across as a reasonable game, almost. In terms of charm and narrative, 10/10. In terms of teaching us about the Iñupiat people and their rich, ancient culture, also 10/10. But unfortunately games also need to be reviewed as games, even mobile apps that somehow appear on Steam. In terms of gameplay while the developers successfully build narrative into the game itself ("Show, don't tell"), the game itself is pretty average as far as platformers go. The AI is buggy and can screw up if you're playing solo, and if you're playing co-op, unfortunately for a lot of the game there's nothing for the second player to actually do... so it doesn't really work either way. From a technical perspective, as a mobile app, this doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard. The mobile app has surprisingly decent graphics, the developers seem to understand the old axiom that gaming is a visual medium, so this gets a pass. Unfortunately there's other problems that make this difficult for gamers to want to part with their time and money. The controls and game handling are notably very clunky and unsmooth here. It's janky and unsatisfying to play... and any experienced gamer will tell you, the handling, responsiveness and general gameplay feel of the control scheme must be well polished for this kind of game to succeed. Unfortunately, this is something the developer seems to have phoned in, with little to no apparent gameplay testing. They dropped the ball on this one. Because this is a mobile app, it carries a number of deliberate design deficiencies. Compromises were made to cater to the iPhones that the mobile app was designed for. These are unfortunate handicaps and limitations that PC gamers shouldn't be forced to accept, but it's evident that PC was an afterthought for the iPhone developers who are to blame for this. The mobile app is deficient as a result of these choices, and would have been so much better without the handicaps that designing games for mobile phones forces upon a game. Once more, mobile devs have made gaming worse for everyone. I didn't spend thousands on building a gaming rig just so I could pretend it's an iPhone. These technical defects push this mobile app below acceptable standards for any modern PC game. So, should you buy this mobile app? Is this one of the best of the 110,000+ games on Steam? Once more we see greedy mobile devs trying to scam PC gamers. On Steam, this is $15 USD, on app stores, it's $8. Mobile devs must learn PC gamers are not here to be gouged, and can't be expected to pay almost twice the price for an already overpriced mobile app just because it's been lazily dumped on Steam. This is unacceptable disrespect for PC gamers. Because this is a mobile app, is priced to insult and gouge PC gamers, and because of the other defects, it's impossible to recommend. It goes without saying, if you want to play this despite the shortfalls, play it on your phone where it costs half as much! FIFTEEN BUCKS FOR A MOBILE APP. Just who do they think we are?

По мере прохождения собираем небольшие экскурсы в историю. Ролики про коренной народ Аляски и их жизнь, веру в духов-защитников и уважение к животным. Посмотрел все не без удовольствия, идея хорошая.
