Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Sep 7 → 0.14/day in the week after.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Jul 30 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Neon Warp is a free mobile app that's been dumped on Steam as a paid product, as if it was a real PC game (it's not)... it's a cash grab from greedy mobile devs. The game is a simple, minimalist colour matching game where you map the right combination of colours to create another colour by swiping your finger on your iPhone screen... the challenge is to paint each grid level one colour so you can progress to the next one. From a technical perspective, the game doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard. There's no options to change the resolution for the game or customise the graphics settings. There's no way for gamers to ensure this is running at the native resolution of their displays... there's no guarantee this game will look right on any PC as a result of this hamfisted design decision. There's no way for gamers to try improve the low quality graphics. The game features extremely lazy, minimalist "art", of the type you normally expect to see in low effort Flash/browser games and mobile apps. Considering this is being evaluated as a PC game, having the graphics phoned in like this isn't going to result in a high quality, visually impressive game that PC gamers are used to seeing. Because this is a mobile app, it carries a number of deliberate design deficiencies. Compromises were made to cater to the iPhones that the game was designed for. These are unfortunate handicaps and limitations that PC gamers shouldn't be forced to accept, but it's evident that PC was an afterthought for the iPhone developers who are to blame for this. The game is deficient as a result of these choices, and would have been so much better without the handicaps that designing games for mobile phones forces upon a game. Once more, mobile devs have made gaming worse for everyone. I didn't spend thousands on building a gaming rig just so I could pretend it's an iPhone. Some of the defects in the game can be attributed to the choice of using the GameMaker Studio construction kit/toolset. This is a very poor quality toolset favoured by amateur developers as it's cheap and requires little in the way of development skill, but unfortunately has very limited capabilities. Just as you can't make a silk purse out of a sows ear, you can't make a great video game if you use a terrible engine. GameMaker Studio is often used to make retro pixel shovelware and cash grabs. These technical defects push this game below acceptable standards for any modern PC game. You don't have to take my word about how bad the game is, we can measure the interest in a game by how much people bothered to play it. Neon Warp has achievements, and they show us a very clear picture that the game absolutely failed to capture any interest from gamers. The most commonly and easily attained achievement is for finishing the first level with three mobile app stars, and only around 3 percent of players bothered to get that far before uninstalling the game. That's a tiny, tiny proportion of gamers who even bothered with this. Ouch. Once more we see greedy mobile devs trying to scam PC gamers. On Steam, this is $2 USD, on app stores, it's free. Mobile devs must learn PC gamers are not here to be gouged, and can't be expected to pay a premium for a free mobile game just because it's been lazily dumped on Steam. This is unacceptable disrespect for PC gamers. Because this can be played free elsewhere, and because of the other defects, it's impossible to recommend. Who do they think we are?
While the overall feel of the game is decent, it will likely take some trial and error to figure out how exactly things work. I don't believe the buttons or keys are ever stated and I have found no undo button, just one for "exit level" and another for "restart level". Honestly, if not for one key thing, I would probably just be fine with this game. That thing is progression. It's no wonder that less than 2% of players have completed 5 levels. While it is not abnormal for a game like this to have a star ranking of level completion, it is abnormal for a game like this to refuse to let you progress unless you meet a certain threshold in each level. I would be fine with it if the game either unlocked the next level upon completion regardless of the score, gated some levels by an aggregate score amount, or even restarted the level / gave an alert once the player was at the point where they would not be able to unlock the next level. But instead the player seems expected to be almost constantly aware of this threshold and their current status. Hell, I would probably even be more forgiving if it had an undo button so it didn't force the player to start over from square one. Unless you are confident in your puzzling abilities, I recommend you stay away from this game despite the price. Honestly, if you are confident in your puzzling abilities then this probably won't be worth the money anyway since it doesn't have much that stands out. A number of the levels aren't even particularly hard, it's just that there is barely a difference between the perfect number of moves and not being allowed to progress sometimes.

I tiled until 3 a.m., brain melted into coolant. Beat a level blindfolded because my retinas became disco lights. Now I spot geometry in soup. Best Monday eraser ever. Ten neon flashes out of ten, grab it and glitch happily!
chinese plz.
