Atleast there is no trianon
Glitchy
Very good but a bit of a slog at times, to many enemies, to many bullet sponges.

Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.71/day in the week to Jul 30 → 0.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Nice one. I feel this game would be absolutely incredible in VR.
I heard this game was bad but I like it.
Tangible proof that you can have a video game that's gets torn apart by it's own mechanics fighting against each other, BUT there are glimpses of a really amazing idea that sometimes works. NecroVisioN is a videogame, a videogame that combines the horrors of World War I with.... Zombies? Vampires? Dragons!?!? Developed by The Farm 51, it follows Simon, an American who's somehow in the British Army, as he just rolls with the absolutely bonkers nonsense that he encounters with the most cheesy remarks you could thing of. The game is such a anomaly cause the setting is absolutely off the wall, the gameplay concept is promising but the execution is held back by jank and too many mechanics conflicting with each other, and the tone is absolutely all over the place it's so hard to figure out if the game itself thinks you should take it seriously or not. Gameplay of NercoVisioN at it's core is a FPS of it's time mixed with duel-wielding melee gun combat with superpowers. That's one hell of a sentence so let me break it down: Given this came out in 2009, it's very clear that it was trying to rope in people in the Call of Duty audience, given the dark WWI military theme with objectives, the way the player moves, and with all the guns having decently long reloads and ironsights. However on the flip side you also a combo system, bullet time, able to duel-wield both a single-hand gun and melee weapon, carry a insane amount of firepower, and having a kick that would make Dark Messiah be proud. It's two VERY distinct parts of the game that are mashed together and while it often fights against each other, when it does come together, it surprisingly does work really well. Weapons are period accurate so there's a few automatic weapons with long reloads so you often rely on a ton of bolt-action rifles, trench guns, pistols, and of course, melee. Later in the game you do get more fantastical, vampire weapons including SMGs, Auto-Shotguns, Rocket launchers, etc. as well as the Shadow Hand which is basically THE melee weapon of the game, complete with multiple different firing modes. Enemies start basic with German Soldiers but quickly spiral to include zombies, and all the vampire and demonic forces you could thing of including in a WWI setting. Most of the weaker enemies work in larger numbers as not only are they kinda stupid thanks to the jank, their damage can be outweighed with you using all your tools to regain health via combos, and playing smart. It's with the tankier enemies where this starts to fall apart, cause a lot of them can close the distinct with you quickly and deal massive damage. It's where a ton of the game's mechanics start to crack cause devolves from a power fantasy combat sandbox into a shaky button mash slog and it absolutely sucks that it happens this way. If the game simply didn't have realistic movement and had more ways for the player to regain health consistently and/or guard against attacks it would be for the better. Think like a New Doom-esque gameplay loop where you fight certain ways to regain resources to spend in more fights. As it is, It's possible to get through it but not it's as fun as it could and was being. There's also a few vehicle segments with a dinky vampire mech suit and a full-ass dragon and... they surprisingly control well, they're hilariously some of the most consistent parts of the gameplay in the entire package so are surprisingly not as frustrating. Stylewise, NecroVisioN kinda hits that Painkiller vibe for me which is: it is outdated for todays standards but is exceptionally detailed, and held up a lot of physics and detail. Which is kinda fitting since this game does run on a version of the Painkiller engine. Though one thing that's very different is the sheer amount of bloom and other VERY distracting post-processing effects. The game already is a cluster$%&@ with how much stuff is at pointblank in your face, having blinding effects along with the camera shaking from the movement does not help in the slightest. I could absolutely see this game being a seizure trigger for someone just with the sheer amount of visual noise that you cannot turn off. And it's a shame cause the actual art direction, especially with all the out there monster designs and underground vampire locations are pretty nice. Lost Company Review Overall, NecroVisioN, I think is a prime candidate to be completely remade, not into a different genre, but simply to build it back up as a the weird WWI x Fantasy Melee FPS combo it was meant to be. It's full of so many interesting ideas and gameplay concepts that it genuinely pains me that it's stuck in a incredible janky and sometimes insufferable shell. Cause while it absolutely deserves to be dogged on in some places I do genuinely think it is worth a playthrough if you're curious and ONLY if you're curious and can keep cool when it gets chaotic. And for only 5$ base price AND not needing to get any patching to just get the game running, it's a pretty low bar of entry for a pretty high bar game in terms of going off the wall.
Un juego que o lo amas o lo odias, por mi parte es un gran tributo al doom basado en la ww2
solid gunp;ay funnyvoice acting
Unfortunately I can't say much. A pretty bold concept for a noticeably low budget but that's not my problem because you don't play a game like this for a riveting story. You play it because its mindless fun boomer shooter type beats and it does do that for the first half. The second half however is BORING as HELL. The levels open up a bunch and it just becomes such a slog and also spikes in difficulty making it frustrating than somewhat enjoyable. Thanks! Thanks!
GESCHNITTEN! Also Müll. Wär's net geschnitten, ein geiles Spiel. Völlig zu durchdrehen das Game. "Herr Doktor..?"
