About
Nations is a real time strategy game focused on ruling a country through the history. The game provides a range of mechanics, such as economy, industry, society and wide lawmaking. You decide whether you focus on internal development of your state, or expending its territories – or maybe both of these things simultaneously.
You must provide your people with food, consumer goods, and a sense of safety, otherwise your state shall begin to collapse. Remember, that one destructive factor may cause another. Establish laws, construct buildings and manage resources in order to maintain your country stable and prosperous. Build up your military and expand to gain influence – but be careful who you attack. Some nations may be stronger than they seem. Some of them may be danger to you – conduct diplomacy and make alliances to secure your borders. Send your agents and organize covert actions to sabotage development of your enemy, or build up influence in their land. You embrace your goals and you decide how to achieve them.
The game is in early access, which means that new mechanics will be added, and some of already existing will be expanded. It is very flexible and meant to be modder friendly. Right now you can create your own nations, cultures and scenarios using simple text and graphic editors. In future support for modders is going to be expanded and an official, easy to use editor is to be added.

good and simple strategy game very fun to play there are a few bugs because the game is kinda new but very fun
Tips on making the game better overall: - Add releasable puppets and countries out of peace deals. - Add civil wars and unrest. - Fix some bugs regarding population expulsion and longer periods of play (both of which crash the game, for example, i did a Bohemia run from 1444 to 1522 and when the game reached the tenth day of November, the game crashed, and always crashed when it reached this point). - Add a better aggression system that gives less aggression points if the territorry is unpopulated and has low income. - Add the ability for the puppets to make troops The game is still very fun and good, and i recommend it to fans of the Grand Strategy genre

The game is very fun but i crash very often but i assume it will be fixed eventually due to the game still in early acess but i do like the features but i understand also PLEASE fix the flag of several countries which includes the sultan of aceh and more also add the napoleonic wars era but i really like this and this my questions and showing my support :D
good game but sometime save file is corupted and i lost all progres also ai shuld be smarter they barelly get new tech overall game is great continue working on it
Fun game, might get it again
Great game, you can draw your own administration borders, and it makes it really easy to follow historical regions/borders (left alt and right click to fill in an entire historical region). the peace treaties give the player a lot of freedom, and its overall a decent game. 100% worth my money. very occasionally crashes. although the graphics look like they were made in paint
While the game has a lot of promise, the game in its current state is just not preferable to other games of the genre like Age of History 3. The ui is extremely unpleasant to look at and the graphics leave a lot to be desired. But right now I suggest you wait for further updates.
very good game i like it,will buy again if i had to. k bye
EDIT: the developer/ developers say they are working on the issues that i have noted below and iam very thankfull for that. I have 115 hours in this game and that will probably stay the same if the developer does not fix certain issues. I do love this game but there is general one massive issue and that is balance. i think the goal of nearly every game or atleast geopolitical games is to have unlimited progress, i like it when numbers go up and that gives a dopamine boost, but this game does not have that, for example if you want to play tall in this game and make a massive economy with a massive population, this game does only allow that for a certain extent, what i hoped for was to play as liechtenstein and create with that small nation a population of 10 million and create unlimited buildings to build up the economy, but that is not allowed, because each tile with all the villages and city districts maxed out is only allowed to have a population under 1 million, just because its realistic does not make it fun. My advise to the developer or developers is to rebalance alot of mechanics in the game, lower the price of buildings, change the con and pros of these buildings and most importantly make sure there is not limit to anything.
