Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 2/day in the week to Aug 5 → 1.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

bought it and then refunded it because my wheel a moza r5 did not work but right after i refunded it my dumb ahh forgot to turn it on

I refunded it when I saw it had 13 active players at 6PM EST
I recommend NASCAR 5 if you enjoy racing games and or watching NASCAR. Unfortunately, it's not as in-depth or detailed as the old EA games but it does what it needs to. It has Career including ARCA Menards, Craftsman, Xfinity, and Cup Series seasons, Quick Races, and Online PvP races. Every driver that has raced at least one in the past few years in included and each has their own driver rating and skill set. There are customizable difficulty settings for the AI drivers, race lengths, and levels of damage. It has a great soundtrack and even podcasts with Dale Jr. and TJ Majors throughout the career. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. Thank you.
Can't even map my binds with out the game glitching out and locking my inputs so I have to alt F4
NASCAR 2025 is a fun game. Probably the first one to interest me since NASCAR 2005. It's a fun game with a controller, and while I haven't tested out all the features, the ones I have are entertaining. I would like to try it out with a wheel at some point, but I've neither the time nor room to set it all up. Other than that, I haven't experienced any game-breaking mechanics yet which is already an improvement considering all I've heard of Ignition. PROS (Or things I just enjoyed): 1. The grind from being a nobody to a somebody. I've enjoyed this feature since Dirt to Daytona, and quite frankly, I still wish they'd include the lower dirt/local series to late models or modifieds, to Arca and so forth. 2. Maintaining the car and team after each race. This often reminds me of another NASCAR game (not sure if it was 2005 or not), where you got to build your own team while also making sure your car would be in tip top shape for the next race. It was a little overwhelming at first to see all the different things that I needed to keep track of, but the game offers enough ways to grind everyone you need to ensure your racing career is successful. 3. Social Media. Now I know this was a feature I enjoyed from NASCAR 2005. The ability to see what your fellow competitors are saying about how you race them! It's definitely amusing to see how people react to how you race them, especially if you're in the mindset of "well, that's how you race in real life!" I wish that I could reply to these comments though to enforce a "rivalry" or "friendship" with fellow competitors. It'd probably be more entertaining if it carried over into the next series - especially with people who touch base with others in the lower series (Kyle Busch, Kyle Larson) NEGATIVES: 1. Music. I've always loved the music in racing games, particularly in the earlier games, and while I recognize this is just personal preference, I am not a fan of any of the rap or hip hop songs they've included. None of the rap or Hip hip fill me with excitement or trepidation as country or rock did when preparing for the next race. I would have liked the ability to disable all music, or certain songs. Could I simply turn off the volume and put on my own music? Yes, I could. However, NASCAR oftentimes lead me into discovering a song or band I would instantly like and hadn't heard before. I just don't believe I will find that in this game. 2. Realistic Beginnings. As mentioned in a prior message, I loved Dirt to Daytona. I loved starting on the dirt and working my way up to modifieds, then trucks, and then the cup series. While Arca can be seen as the starting point of a NASCAR cup career, realistically, it's not. I would have preferred if they had us start as someone racing late models or modifieds (dirt or otherwise), and then go into Arca. Overall, not a bad game. Not great, but acceptable. it's fun, fills the role of a NASCAR game, and has started to return to what made NASCAR games actually fun. Whether this is meant to be an introduction to bringing over to Iracing, or not, I don't know, but I still found enjoyment in what I have played so far. This review may update if anything changes.
Won’t even launch on steam deck and it’ll never be playable so they can go ♥♥♥♥ them selves
This game is garbage. Keyboard and mouse not usable in menus, you have to have a controller to setup custom controls. Graphics from 15 years ago. Horrible menu music. MANDATORY videos for career mode. I could not skip them, they are back to back, they are long. Never even made it to driving the cars before refunding.
this game makes me beat my wife in a good way
I have been loving the career mode of this game. I have chosen to avoid racing online for fear of a similar experience to the F1 games. I don't care to give it my time The physics are a fun balance where it's not a complete arcade but It's still a relaxing step back from iRacing. The rep system governing choice in series is good and the economy aspect is fun. It rewards good results with money to put new and better parts on your car, and punishes bad results with no money to replace your old decaying parts. This also means you have to work harder after a bad run, which can snowball violently My main issue with the game is the spotter. Not because "gen AI bad" but because it's inconsistent and unreliable. It has called me clear on many occasions, mostly high, for me to wash out on the exit of a corner, expecting space that isn't actually there. It can also be a common thing in a 3 wide position, only to call one of the cars alongside. I would be clueless of the other car being there if I wasn't keeping track of my surroundings by myself. As a race car driver, you would be expected to be aware of your surroundings, but the spotter is still an important aspect for your safety. This guy can't be trusted to give you correct information and is directly putting you in danger Overall, definitely worth it
