Mushroom Musume

This is a game i bought for its cute idea and theme, it was a simple game i thought but fun. but there is a hidden depth to its world and story you will only discover if you keep playing. While some of the events can be repetitive, its worth it for uncovering the world and its lore behind it all. I absolutely recommend this game to anyone with the patience for learning its world and lore slowly. [spoiler] I did not expect a game about raising cute Mushroom daughters to make me cry. [/spoiler]

Great and really unique take on the "raise your daughter" genre, i loved how strange the game allowed itself to get. Each playthrough are short but very different despite some repeting encounters. The writing is just top tier, witty and charming I'm not the biggest fan of the dice mecanism that adds yet another layer of randomness, but it does make things interesting

if you are infertile and want kids and love mushrooms this hits the spot, the story lines go very deep and last through multiple iterations of mushroom-daughter for certain events. I have played for about 7 hours so far and feel like i mastered the shallow end of a very deep pond. if you are more interested in gameplay and less about worldbuilding and story i would advise against this game as it really shines when you take in every interaction the game gives you and it becomes obvious how much thought and charm went into the writing. i almost never buy games randomly without research particularly if they arent on sale but i made an exception for this game and i would say it was the most worthwhile gaming gamble this year

I am literally one of the biggest mushroomers out there and this game is so fire, Ive been excited for a full release ever since I played the demo on itch

It's such a cute game!! I feel like I'm the targeted demographic here, LOL. I adore this game and highly recommend it.

I regret ever meeting the Tooth Fairy, and can never think about it the same way again. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!
