Why can't I disable telemetry? It's enabled and grayed out.

Previous version of this software worked fairly well, but this one is the worse I have seen so far. Recording a video on your screen results in a 1-2 second audio delay. I've recorded the same thing with other software and they work fine, so it is definitely this crap.

This is an absolute terrible product. There are very few options to modify settings, the recorded image quality is astonishingly bad. Download the free obs studio software instead. The developers should be ashamed of the awful product they have delivered.

Doesn't perform its function - can't correctly record video from the screen and sound.

I enjoy using this product, it helps me a lot during work, the video quality is good, the conversion for .mp4 is fast, the sound qualty is good as well. The efects stand out well enough, the recording ot the keys is good enough. I would have enjoyed a button to access the library, because I am forced to do a small recording to arrive there every time. To upload a video in a temporary link is good as well. Maybe a future option would be to have an autoclean function with option to avoid some clips or when a certain size is reached in the folder to notify you that you need to clean some space.
