Taking responsibility can sometimes feel like walking backwards toward the darkness. If there is a price to pay for taking action without experience, thought, or careful consideration, there also is a price to pay for inaction when knowing better, when knowing what should be done. As a dental hygiene product Mouthwash can mask the foul breath, cleanse the mouth that uses words that are knowingly or unknowingly lies. Simultaneously I could acknowledge its on the nose symbolism, its plainness, its absurdity. The trip that is this game spoke to me directly in more ways than I had anticipated. I felt close to all characters and the analogy of this ship that is our lives, the crew being people who mean something to us, and a journey into the unknown dark that takes an unpredictable amount of time and could end anytime had me in its grip. Also neutralized 99.9% of bacteria and made me want to become a better man. But hey, that‘s just me, Captain. It did hurt alright... Superb tone, art style, sound design and writing. I'm glad to have been informed of this gem thanks to Lucy and FPS. Thanks to Wrong Organ for the ride.
