About
Immerse yourself in a relaxing puzzle adventure set in a forest full of pesky moose who anger easily. You play a lost lumberjack who is a frequent target of angry moose charges and general "shenanigans".
This isn't like real life where you can just move the moose crossing sign to get the moose to leave you alone.
You must navigate your way around the moose (meese?), anger them, and get them to charge where you want them to go. While you're at it, have them charge into other moose and see what happens.
You can hide behind trees and push blocks in front of the moose to stealthily sneak past. You can even load the moose onto rail carts to push them around.
Whatever you do, don't get TRAMPLED. The moose aren't mean-spirited. They just don't like you. Mooselutions is a turn-based Sokoban style game, so you get one turn to get away from the moose after you anger them. Don't run into the path of an angry moose!
There are forty nine hand-crafted moose puzzles designed to test your skills, and different areas unlock as you progress. Earn achievements for manipulating the moose to your whims and for being the target of their peskiness.
Who would have thought such simple moose-related rules could lead to so many deep moose puzzles? This is what the moose call psychological pestering.

It's a good puzzle game. Good theme. Very pretty. The moose are scary like in real life. But the game seems unfinished. There are 7 achievements which are not hard to get. I wasn't trying to get any, just got them by playing the game. The game design is well thought out and there are multiple ways to solve the levels. But I feel like it needs a little more in terms of story and book ending. You beat the game, and there is nothing. No indication that you beat all of the levels. No fanfare. No "You WIN" screen or anything. The game just takes you back to the map, and I'm like.... ok... Can I go inside my log cabin now? ... No?! What do I do here? Not even a thank you for playing cut to credits. Yes, I know there is a credit screen, but that's not a credit roll to end cap the game. Why didn't you do a little more for the end? Show me eating pancakes or something at the end. Yes, it matters. There's a reason almost every game gives you that extra bit leaving you wanting more. I worked really hard to solve all these hard puzzles without looking up a guide and all I got was dumped back out to the map. Booo! The puzzles also have only one win state. So it really isn't so interesting. There is no reason to go back and try to solve the puzzle under a certain time, or a certain number of steps. Therefore it's more of a "cozy" puzzle. But the game is completely dead when you beat it. And again, no fan fair for beating it. Just some steam achievements which are not very interesting either. The game does run very well. Although It did crash on me once. Everything loads up at lightening speed. Not that there is much to load. Also there is undo, and undo is well implemented. It is super quick, and even if you restart, you can undo your restart. But again, having the undo means there are no consequences for making mistakes. You cannot lose. You can only get stuck. The path branching is a way to have the player not get stuck, but if it's not on the main route, then what's the point? That being said, I did the game in order by level number, so I did all of the branches before I progressed on the main route. So it really didn't matter in my case. You don't get anything extra for completing a branch. This game is too simple for that. Therefore I would not recommend this at it's current price. Unless it's on sale for few dollars, you are better off buying something else that has better replay value and more interesting content. There are many other puzzle games with a lot more content at this price. In essence, the game is too lean. All the fat is trimmed away, Which is nice in theory, but this is a COZY game. Cozy games are expected to have more fat in them. And that fat makes the game more fun.

Overall very fun game, reminds me a lot of the puzzles in Undertale (one of my favorite games), not to mention the friendly aura created by both the sprites and music. Fun game that is worth much more than its price tag.
A super fun and interesting game! I often found myself stuck on a puzzle that seemed completely impossible, only to sleep on it and find a super clever use of a mechanic to beat that puzzle the next day. The game has 49 levels, all of them are unique and introduce a something fresh, be it a mechanic or a new way to use an existing one. The music is chill and the color schemes are soothing. Mooselutions is great :)
Perfectly balanced level of challenge and reward. Easily an underrated little gem.
Definitely the best game I've played this year, hehehe.
Mooselutions is great, minimalistic, simplistic, puzzle-oriented. It forces you to think. It runs well, it's tiny in terms of resource consumption so you can play it on your fridge
Finally; A game that properly acknowledges the truly fearsome nature of my kind 10/10
This is a fantastic puzzle game. Unlike many games of this genre the music is soothing and beautifully made. I could very much appreciate a 2D puzzler with an appropriately matching soundtrack, and no need for the cliche 8-bit reduced quality. The puzzles are challenging but clever, and many of them will leave you scratching your head. i thoroughly enjoyed each and every one. Highly recommended buy, especially at the price; I think it's a steal.
