About
Experience life as a vampire in a magical town full of werewolves, witches, mermaids, and more! In this heartwarming, supernatural life-sim, you will raise mystical crops, learn spell-casting and potion-making, and befriend – or even romance – the locals. And at the same time, show your skeptical father that a life of compassion is possible – even for the undead.
Settle down in your family’s abandoned homestead and make it your own. Build your farm with magic crops and livestock, customize your cottage with gothic style, and make friends with other creatures of the night. Embrace immortality and unlock ancient abilities, all in the name of a more bountiful harvest. Unravel the mysteries of the seven families that inhabit Moonlight Peaks and bring a bit of light back to this spooky settlement. Just remember to be back in your coffin before the sun comes up!

Customize your perfect vampire persona and build relationships with the people of Moonlight Peaks to learn more about the town’s history. Uncover the secrets of the seven families who dwell there – and maybe even find your “tomb” love from any of the two dozen romanceable characters in the process.

Design your cozy gothic homestead, turning a forgotten farm into the ideal sanctuary. Obtain new tools and develop your property to grow even more enchanted crops and raise magical livestock.

Embrace your supernatural lineage! Shapeshift into other forms to explore all the town has to offer, and study witchcraft to learn spells that will help you on the farm or when gathering resources.

Beyond the farm, you’ll be able to enjoy fishing, foraging, and potion-crafting, along with activities like embroidering, flower arranging, and more. You can even collect cards for the town’s favorite game, Nokturna, to play against other residents.

LOVE LOVE LOVE the storyline, the quests, the characters!
If you have the money to spend, I do recommend the game. If you're a speedrunner type (you play stardew and try to speedrun the museum in the first year kind of person), this game is not really gunna gel with you. It seems to have a clear path of where it unlocks certain things at certain times. If that isn't your thing, this is not going to work for you. For everyone else: The characters are charming, with some being outright annoying. So there is someone for everyone. The art is lovely, and you can switch between 2 portrait styles if you prefer a more drawn style. Fishing/critter catching mechanics are simple. There aren't a thousand fish to keep track of either, so it makes it a little easier to keep tabs on things. Farming has a similar mechanic to a lot of standard farming sim games, where crops wither the first day of a season they aren't meant for. I like a more stratified method similar to Grimshire, but this one is fine as it is. It's standard. It's core. It's familiar. No unexpected surprises with that. They DO introduce a farming mechanic involving magic to add something fresh to it. So don't worry, there are additions. Ranching is a thing, and all the animals are not unlocked from the start. New ones appear over time with different benefits. Mining is simple, and yes, you are locked from specific points due to story. Again, if you don't like this kind of set up, it might not work for you. There is plenty to do otherwise. There is a system that allows you to store everything at your abode without using chests, which took me far too long to understand but is likely a me issue. Once you get it, it is, mostly, really nice to have to keep your area clean and tidy. The creature design and art, overall, is gorgeous. No gen AI that I can see, which IMO, means the price alone is worth it. I think a lot of the price is going to the artists, which they very soundly deserve. =-Critiques for Devs-= There are some issues that are, IMO, minor annoyances that can be fixed: The Muse tree apparently requires music?? But the information in the encyclopedia says nothing about this, and getting a method of generating music has been... frustrating. IF this is a thing you can't get until later, then it shouldn't unlock until later. If you should be able to use this early, then access to a method of music making should be provided earlier on, and more frequently. I had to look this info up, and I consider that poor UI/UX. When festivals occur, the MAP should have a special icon to show their shops/locations. You can use the normal icon but then... say, for evernight, add a pumpkin on it and maybe slightly change the color. These should be made different because they ARE. And with the cast of characters, and so many things to do, it can be a lot to remember who is doing what and where. Dating - I don't know what the others are like, and I haven't gotten super far, so take this with a grain of salt. I chose to date Saga and every date has been pottery. I would love it if there were changes.. even if it's just a picnic or something. I can only hold so many ceramic pots, and naturally, I'm not getting rid of them. That would be rude. Edit: I'd love to be able to cook in batches as well, instead of doing every dish individually, unless I've missed a feature. =-------------------------------------------------= Overall I think the game is great. While there is a lot of farming, there seems to be more of an emphasis on decoration and making your home your own. If you've played Palia, you'll understand what I mean. So a lot less materials to accumulate, so that you can spend time on amassing what you DO have, so you can make your home your own. What about the story? It's a farm sim, in a supernatural town. This isn't Elden Ring. If you're looking for deep lore, you're in the wrong genre. You're the offspring of Dracula. Some ♥♥♥♥ went down. You left home. You started here to get away. It's a farm sim for those who want something cutesy, but still gothic. Oh and yes.. you can lengthen the night cycle a little so you have more time. I love this feature. TO SUM IT UP: -You wanna speedrun? Unlock everything as fast as you can? Pass on it. --Can't afford the price tag but are interested? Fair. Wait for it to go on sale. But if you can afford it, I'd recommend it. -Looking to play a farm sim for a more goth tinge to it with werewolves, and vampires, etc? Play it. -Looking for a fame where you can focus on designing your environment a fair amount more than others (ex you can eventually make your own pottery)? Get it. -Want a talking Hellkitten friend who is an absolute treat to talk to? Get it. There are festivals each season, as with any farm sim, with their own tiny spin.
love it! it gives stardew valley but goth
