Montezuma's Revenge

Just two words - Fantastic Remake!

Montezuma's Revenge was the first game that I played in my life when I was 4 years old back in 1992 and the one that fired up my passion for videogames. This game is an excellent and charming platformer and quite challenging if you want to master it. A truly piece of art in the video games industry that will be worth every minute you play in it. Monty4Life!!!

Wspaniały powrót do dzieciństwa, moja ulubiona gra na Atari, super że można zagrać w wariant "nowy" i "retro", przy czym bezapelacyjnie retro wygrywa.

Played on SteamOS 3. Great update to an early platforming classic. Don't think this game was that well known in the UK. I found it when I was exploring the ColecoVision library a few years back. It's a great example of the evolution of platformers from Donkey Kong and Pitfall through to Super Mario Bros. Gameplay is very much of the era. Jumps are of the pixel perfect variety with no control over the jump once initiated. It's a fun game and the remake is true to the original. Also I'd say I really dig the remastered graphics. I like what the developers have done. Definitely worth a download if you do remember the original or are interested in retro experiences from the pre-NES era.
