Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 13 → 0.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

A week ago I was diagnosed with MSD and the doctors have given me a year at best. I'm so glad I was able to play this before I go. I don't know how many people will see this; but I recommend to you to play this game if you do see it. Gameplay, atmosphere, graphics. everything is masterfully crafted. If you read it, thank you and good bye.
Boring
Monsti is a compact, arcade-style action game that embraces simplicity and repetition as its core design philosophy, delivering a fast and approachable experience built around reflexes, rhythm, and gradual self-improvement. Developed and published by Old Games, the title is unapologetically minimal in scope, focusing on a single central mechanic and extracting as much replay value from it as possible. Rather than offering narrative depth or complex systems, Monsti positions itself as a pure skill-based challenge, ideal for short play sessions and players who enjoy chasing higher scores through repeated attempts. At the heart of the game is its “click to fly” control scheme, which is immediately intuitive but surprisingly demanding to master. With each click or input, your character gains lift, and the challenge lies in maintaining a stable rhythm while navigating through increasingly dense patterns of obstacles. Movement feels deliberately floaty, forcing players to commit to each action and anticipate how momentum will carry them forward. Early moments are forgiving, allowing players to acclimate to the physics and pacing, but the difficulty ramps up steadily, transforming simple navigation into a test of concentration and muscle memory. Progression in Monsti is driven less by traditional levels and more by endurance and consistency. As runs extend, obstacles appear more frequently and in more complex arrangements, requiring sharper timing and faster reactions. Mistakes are punished instantly, sending players back to the start, but restarts are quick enough that failure rarely feels discouraging. Instead, the game encourages a “just one more try” mentality, where each attempt feels like an opportunity to improve slightly over the last. A light progression layer is added through the collection of eggs scattered throughout runs. These collectibles act as a form of currency, allowing players to unlock new characters and visual variations. While these unlocks do not drastically change gameplay, they provide a sense of forward momentum and reward persistence. Chasing eggs often involves taking calculated risks, pushing players to fly closer to hazards than they might otherwise feel comfortable with, which adds tension and variety to each run. Monsti offers multiple difficulty settings that subtly reshape the experience without altering its core mechanics. Lower difficulties provide a relaxed introduction and are suitable for casual players, while higher modes significantly increase speed and obstacle density, demanding near-perfect execution. This scaling ensures that the game remains accessible while still offering a meaningful challenge for players seeking mastery. However, the challenge is almost entirely mechanical; there are no evolving systems or new mechanics introduced over time, which means long-term engagement relies heavily on the player’s appetite for repetition and self-improvement. Visually, the game adopts a bright, cartoon-like aesthetic that prioritizes clarity above all else. Characters and obstacles are easy to read at a glance, which is crucial in a game where split-second decisions matter. The environments are simple and colorful, helping reduce visual clutter during fast-paced sequences. While the presentation is cheerful and functional, it remains fairly static, with limited visual variation beyond cosmetic unlocks. Sound design follows a similarly restrained approach, offering basic audio feedback that supports gameplay without drawing much attention to itself. Monsti’s strengths and limitations are closely intertwined. Its simplicity makes it easy to pick up and enjoyable in short bursts, but that same simplicity can lead to fatigue for players looking for deeper mechanics or evolving challenges. There is no narrative hook, no meta-progression beyond cosmetic rewards, and little in the way of surprise once the core loop is fully understood. For some, this purity is refreshing; for others, it may feel shallow after extended play. Ultimately, Monsti succeeds by committing fully to its arcade roots. It is a game about timing, patience, and repetition, offering a clean and focused experience that respects the player’s time. While it may not hold long-term appeal for those seeking variety or complexity, it delivers exactly what it promises: a straightforward, reflex-driven challenge that rewards practice and persistence. For fans of classic arcade design and quick, skill-based gameplay, Monsti stands as a modest but effective example of how far a single well-defined mechanic can carry a game. Rating: 6/10
