Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 13 → 0.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

it's like the offline dinosaur, but with internet
I had a lot of fun playing this game. It was worth every minute.
A Cute, Lightweight Platformer That Charms More Than It Impresses
Monsti is a small, colorful platformer built around simple jumping challenges, straightforward level layouts, and a cheerful art style aimed at players looking for a relaxing, low-stress experience. It doesn’t try to compete with larger or more complex platformers instead, it focuses on being a cute, easy-to-understand adventure that you can finish in a short sitting. The game’s biggest strength is its visual charm. Bright colors, soft shapes, and friendly characters give Monsti a warm and welcoming tone. The environments are simple but pleasant, and the overall aesthetic feels intentionally lighthearted. For younger players or anyone wanting a break from intense action games, the atmosphere can be refreshing. Gameplay is extremely accessible: run, jump, avoid hazards, and reach the end of each stage. Controls are basic but responsive enough to keep the experience smooth. Early levels ease you in gently, and later ones introduce slightly trickier jumps and timing-based obstacles. There’s nothing particularly groundbreaking here, but the simplicity works in the game’s favor. However, the game’s limited scope becomes clear quickly. Levels often feel similar, with repeating patterns and only minor variations in obstacles. The difficulty curve stays gentle throughout, leaving more experienced platformer fans wanting more challenge or creativity. The entire game is also quite short depending on your skill level, you can finish it in under an hour. Presentation is a mixed bag. The visuals have charm, but animations can be stiff and transitions abrupt. Sound design is minimal, with basic effects and a small music loop that can grow repetitive during longer play. None of this ruins the experience, but it reinforces the impression of a lightweight indie project with modest production values. Despite its simplicity, Monsti does succeed as a small, cheerful platformer. It’s friendly, easy to play, and pleasant enough to leave you smiling, just don’t expect depth, variety, or long-lasting replay value.
The Good:
Cute, colorful art style with a friendly and relaxing tone. Simple, accessible platforming suitable for all ages. Easy to pick up and finish in a short session.
The Bad:
Very short and lacking meaningful replay value. Repetitive level design with little innovation. Basic animations and audio that feel low-budget. It’s a mediocre Flappy Bird derivative. I was enjoying myself a little learning the ins and outs of the obstacles, and this one obstacle that squishes your character was kind of cute, but the scoring system is broken. The purple boost obstacle instantly adds ~1700 points of distance if you clear it in normal mode, making any other part of the grind pointless by comparison. There are no objectives, just a few unlockable characters that you can get in an hour or two by grinding eggs, which only change your speed by -10 to +25%. It’s not worth the dollar. Also, the lift obstacles use the “nuclear launch detected” sound effect from Starcraft? Why??????
