Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.14/day in the week to Sep 10 → 0.43/day in the week after.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Good when its on sale. Its definitely a game "feared" more for kids, but younger ones would struggle with some of the areas and knowing what to do next. Its less than 3gb size though, you could install it and forget its even on your computer, I think one of the movies is a higher file size than this game. There was a few bugs, one requiring a restart. One left me unable to unlock a treasure chest which made the game technically not able to be 100%, but there's no achievement for unlocking all the chests and all rewards are just more clothing. Not sure what was in the chest, but I found a look I stuck with and didn't really care by that point. Its an amazing adaptation of the school from the show, with some decent effort towards making the interior make sense and referencing the other areas outside specific rooms and on the roof, though the game showed its cracks with some missing objects, corners indoors that had a visible bit of the skybox through it, and looking up or down in certain areas showing floating details. Overall it was still fun to run around, though frustratingly there's a few shortcuts between areas that only unlock after you'd ever need to go back. The lack of any postgame and the permanent final quest unfinished makes running around the school in the postgame a bit less rewarding. Unfortunately of the main cast only Frankie, Clawdeen, and Draculaura will be seen for most of the game; they also unfortunately disappear from the overworld map, so between quest dialogue there's no visiting them. Deuce, Lagoona, and Cleo are just quest givers, and when their quest is done Deuce disappears and Lagoona has no voiced dialogue. Along with Bloodgoode they're the only characters from the show on the map, so don't go expecting to see Ghoulia, Nefera, Catty, or anyone else. That said, the school is populated by randos made with the same engine as character creation so its actually kind of the most populated Monster High has been in any media, amusingly enough. Aside from quest givers none really have much amusing dialogue though, even the puns were scant among the randoms. There was no teachers or staff either. Playable monsters are Werewolf, Werecat, Simulacrum (Frankie's species), Vampire, Sea Monster, Gorgon, and Mummy. You can change most of your appearance after character creation, but every save is specific to a monster species. The player character has a few androgynous choices, but is basically just defaulted to female; no playable Mansters. NPC Mansters are made using the androgynous choices, but anyone wanting a more overtly masculine appearance has no good options. Some of the clothing are masculine enough, but its heavily bent towards female clothing. There's only one enemy in the game who makes very few appearances and is just knocked down by the dash move, and about half of the content is running around different pocket dimensions without much variation in appearance no matter where in the school they are found. There are also no minigames. That leaves basically nothing to do in the postgame besides tour the school in the perpetual first day of class. There are basically only two moves to unlock, both in the tutorial, but each one has three different visual effects applied to it. This makes the six playable monsters (Werecat and Werewolf are treated as the same monster for this). The main quest in the game is just doing the pocket dimension mazes, hoping that will be the one to give another one of the six powers. At the end you'll probably just keep whatever one matches the kind of monster you are playing as equipped, and the other power just whatever visual effect you like most. My main complaint is the game just feels incomplete, like its in Early Access and got abandoned in a decently playable state. Or that its waiting for DLC that will never come. Honestly, I'd buy a sequel if it was set on the same map with more work put into it, more characters, and more things to do. I really, REALLY want more or to know that more is coming but that'll likely never happen. I'd also buy a G1 version of this game even in the state its in. Little nitpick, each character from the show present is one of the playable races except Torlelai for some reason. You can even basically cosplay as her with the clothing options as a Werecat, but she's just not in the game at all. Overall if you aren't a fan of Monster High then 7.5/10, its okay. C+, not worth it full price. If you ARE a fan then this is kinda the best the franchise ever got, at least outside addicting flash minigames. 8/10, probably still get it on sale.

Nota: 6,0/10
