About
You have been hired to manage Mini FC—the weakest club in the league.
The players are struggling, morale is low, and expectations are even lower. Your task is simple: rebuild the team, overcome stronger opponents, and transform an underdog club into league champions.
Mini Soccer Manager is a compact 2D soccer management game that combines squad development, tactical decisions, club progression, and fast live match simulations without overwhelming you with enormous spreadsheets.
Choose your starting eleven, organize your substitutes and reserves, and find the right role for every player.
Every player has their own strengths, weaknesses, morale, fitness, potential, and position. Develop your current squad or search for new talent through free agents, the youth academy, and the wider transfer market.

Really fun little football management game.
Pretty fun little manager game. I like starting with a terrible team and slowly turning it into something competitive. The matches are quick, the management isn't overwhelming, and I always end up playing more seasons than I planned.
Mini Soccer Manager does a good job of keeping football management simple without removing the important decisions. You still have to think about formations, player fitness, morale, training and transfers, but you don't need to spend half an hour managing spreadsheets before every match. I especially enjoyed trying to improve a weak squad over multiple seasons. I think the game could use more depth later on, but the core is solid and enjoyable.

The first few matches weren't particularly exciting for me. I was mostly trying to understand the systems and figure out which players were actually worth keeping. But after a few weeks in-game, it started clicking. I began rotating players, changing training depending on what the team needed and looking for better options in the transfer market. Eventually I had a squad that actually felt like my team rather than the random group I started with. That's where the game became addictive for me. The progression is simple, but seeing the club improve from the bottom of the league is satisfying. I would like more things to work toward once the team becomes successful, though.
I've always fancied playing a game like this but I'm not enough of a footie fan to want all the bells and whistles of other soccer manager games. This one pitches it just right, and even just watching dots on the screen becomes mesmerizing and provides the appropriate level of elation and frustration as you watch helplessly while your time throws away a 3-0 lead and barely scrapes a draw. I must admit to being a little disappointed that you don't see the final table at the end of the season, and thus your players' final stats for the season. The dev is issuing regular updates so let's hope that will find its way into the game eventually.
My strategy: 1. Buy players. 2. Hope they're good. 3. Change formation when losing. 4. Blame the referee. 5. Repeat. Somehow it works. Mini Soccer Manager is a nice little management game. It doesn't overwhelm you with unnecessary systems and the matches move along quickly. I had a lot more fun with it than I expected.
The tactical side surprised me. At first I just picked my strongest players and used the same formation every game. That didn't last very long. Eventually I started changing formations depending on the opponent, rotating players because of fitness and changing my approach during matches. Would definitely like more tactical options in future updates.
Very mixed opinions on this one. It was almost exactly what I was looking for in a football management game, easy to understand, fun to play. With mods it could do some great things, especially if real players and teams were added. The biggest downside is the use of Ai, which I can sadly never approve of.... I'll give a cautious recommend. I'm hoping that if this game succeeds, the AI will be thrown out and replaced with real talent.
Best part of this game is the music.
The transfer market is probably my favorite part. I started with a terrible squad and spent the first season looking for cheap players who could fill the biggest gaps. Finding a player who turns out to be much better than expected feels great. I just wish there were more transfer situations and surprises.
