BORIS the Mutant Bear with a Gun

Remember DOOM? Now imagine that you are a Badass Bear in a 2D Flat Platformed World a.k. Postal. I rest my case: Recommended! + Collect Kitty Dolls + Upgrade System

It's a no-nonsense little 2d shooter. Plays very well with a controller, but you can't change the bindings on it, though. It's kill all the zombies, find all the KITTIES, and find the secrets to earn material to enhance Boris, his armor, or his weapons. Other than some English grammar mistakes, I like what I see and will play more of it.

BORIS the Mutant Bear with a Gun is a good game. It works very well with the gamepad (with the keyboard I have not tried). The gameplay is good, it does not invent anything, but it is good, and it can be shot in 360 degrees. There are various weapons and the graphics are pretty. As a negative point, as far as I have come in the game, the scenarios and enemies are repeated, but everything is well designed. Very meh shooting game with only a handful of levels. The annoying things about it are the enemies that spawn out of nowhere and the fact that the last level is much harder than the rest (it is not extremely hard or anything, just harder).

"BORIS the Mutant Bear with a Gun" is a retro top down twin stick shooter with a cartoony theme. Control some bear or something through various environments, shooting things and conserving ammunition. Apart from the mediocre graphics, the gameplay is unsatisfying as the character moves around sluggishly. With limited ammo, the game is frustrating as you need to balance ammo conservation as well as the tired, old twin stick shooting gameplay mechanism which died in the 1990's along with the arcade machines that popularised them. The developers also note in one of the start screens that the game is incomplete (effectively abandoned, now). Impossible to recommend.
