Mini Ghost

As a massive fan of Ghost 1.0 i was excited to jump into an 8bit version of that game, BUT i have to admit i hatebeat this game! I basically was stubborn and forced myself to finish the game, out of sheer dumbness. Im an 80s kid, and i still play alot of retro games constantly, and i love Metroidvanias. However the difficulty of this game was akin to the NES era. For the price its fair i guess, but the difficulty is not based off combat, its based of the unfairness of the game design. Blind jumps, your weapon is LIMITED in range, even with the extender, and you can only shoot left to right, while enemys can shoot in all directions and through obstacles that block your bullets, and worse part is the DREADED backtracking to find ONE particular item that you need or you cant fight the final boss. I cant recommend this game unless you really want that archaic style of gameplay. This is my second worse game of the year so far that i finished, its not a game that i will revisit, and like a said huge fan of Ghost 1.0, and waiting in my backlog is UnEpic, but this game is a no.

Once you realize you have to save scum constantly it's actually a really fun game. Reminds me of newgrounds 2004ish

This is a fun little metroidvania in a very retro style. There's not much that'll blow your mind, but it's fun and challenging. In addition, there's plenty of mods available in the Steam Workshop if you want to play as a different character. The bosses are pretty brutal, though...

Хороша метроїдванія, піксельна, коротенька, але є 2 мінуса: 1. В певний момент вимагає грінду, під кінець гри, коли ти маєш контейнер що вміщає 200 кубів (місцева валюта) то у тебе є ще 2-3 магазина з прокачкою вартістю по 200 кубів кожна або просто шлях до фінального боса якого без цієї прокачки знищити буде вкрай тяжко, короче - бігаєш по кімнатам туди сюди і фармиш гроші, не дуже прикольний момент 2. Другий мінус в тому що можна не зрозуміти що від тебе вимагають, я один раз наприклад втрапив в цю ситуацію і тільки через гайди знайшов окуляри нічного бачення в одному з ящиків який один в один зовнішності як і всі інші ящики Ну а ще дивна ситуація з роботою гри - багато років тому на старому компі гра працювала, я її пройшов, але потім вона припинила працювати, тиснеш запустити і нічого не відбувається, та ж сама ситуація чомусь і зараз на стім деці, але на новому компі все працює, гадки не маю чому так Короче, ціна низька, але і гра на час до двох годин, класична невеличка метроїдванія, вирішувати вам.
